is there somehere to get assembly instructions?

It comes with an instruction book. Just really look at the pieces and where the drilling holes are to place the screws before you put it together. We put the shelf in the wrong side and had to start over.

Is there a way to put wheels on it? Like are there threads in the bottom of the feet?

I would not suggest it. The bench had metal legs and didn’t come with extra wheels

Mine is black ... don't know if they have different colors.
