Great machine, works out many body parts!

Great ab machine. Easy to adjust with good resistance. But it can be hard on the back as the foam handles are not too comfortable on the back. But I use a small pillow and that makes it easier to use.

Good for exercising abdominal and back. Only thing is you have to sit on the floor.

If I could buy for my family members I would! I use it everyday. I add an extra five each time! I Love it! I’m almost 50 and want to stay fit this is working for me!!!

It works great, if only I would would it. For a little exercise tool, its awesome ! Very sturdy and easy to use.

First one received broke after three uses, received replacement, no issues since. Works great!
