Huge fan of Otterbox to protect my $1000 phone. I dropped my phone today very hard and was terrified it had shattered. Not a scratch even on the case (this is what reminded me I should get on to write a review). I researched a whole bunch and chose the commuter over the defender and symmetry cases because it provided 2 layer protection, was thin, and most importantly had a charging port cover. Seems like whenever I do yard work with my phone in my pocket I get a bunch of dirt and debris in the charging port. This ruined my last iPhone. Perfect solution right here! I have not tested the magnet or MagSafe stuff on it. That would be the one downfall is lack of MagSafe but who knows… it might still work with the commuter. The back is slick so it won’t stick in your pocket when you try to pull it out. The sides, front and a couple grippy spots on the back prevent it from sliding across a slick surface. 10/10 would buy again.

I moved away from Otterbox years ago because they were too bulky, but this case won me back. It fits perfectly, it’s strong, feels great, and was easy to setup. I had used Mous for years, but I would probably get this case first.

Old case broke on deployment, so had to order another one, & when your in a ship in the seas Amazon is the best way to get what you need!

This Otterbox case is a good choice for me as I was in need of one that would provide reliable protection. It protects my phone against everyday drops, bumps, and scratches. Knowing that my iPhone 14 Pro is encased in this case provides a sense of security. The design features a nice balance between protection and aesthetics and doesn’t add excessive bulk to the phone, maintaining its sleek profile. The cutouts for ports, buttons, and cameras are well placed and don’t hinder functionality. Putting the case on and taking it off is a straightforward process. Otterbox cases tend to be on the pricier side compared to other brands. While the quality justifies the cost, it might not be the most budget-friendly option for everyone. Due to this, a slightly lower price point would make it an even more attractive option.

These case has allowed my phone to survive a 3 story drop….directly into concrete. Bam! Screen didn’t break, camera was still intact, no internal damage. Would I repeat the incident again? Nope. Would I recommend an otterbox for those of us with butter fingers? Yes.

Otter box quality is great, dropped my phone about 20 times already and no damage.

Great protection, nice fit, feels good in the hand

I used an iPhone 7 for six years and had the same Otterbox Defender protecting the phone. Still have the phone and it looks and works great. So when I finally upgraded to an iPhone 14 Pro 1TB, I wanted the same great protection and unfortunately I didn't get it. The case is about the same as the older Otterbox although no screen protector. At first I didn't like the lack of screen protector but a friend referred me to Zagg screen protectors which I like better and as the Zagg gets scratched and worn I can replace with out replacing the entire cases. So, ok Otterbox, good move. The belt clip which I use constantly does not hold the phone securely at all. The phone has fallen out numerous times and I wasn't even aware. My iPhone 14 Pro has hit the ground more times in 6 months than my iPhone 7 ever did in 6 years.

This phone case is surprisingly good. It is very high-quality which is what I would expect from this brand. The inner layer of the phone case is a firm but high-quality rubber which extends out to the corners. So if you drop it on the corner, the shock will be absorbed around the edge of the whole Phone. It’s quite a clever design. The back of the case is hard plastic which I imagine would radiate the impact across the Phone to minimise damage. The phone case fits perfectly and is very sleek. I would absolutely recommend this for a minimalist phone case.
