The tiger nuts was very good. I used them to make Valencian horchata! I’ve eaten them as is and have also put some in water for a day and they are super delicious and sweet.

Great Tiger Nuts. Tasty but unfortunately too hard for snacking personally too hard for me. Tried using blender but it broke but I soaked them used in dishes. Many uses. Shame they are so hard or i would buy many kilos. Need strong healthy teeth then k to snack on.

I like them but they were hard to chew, I soaked them in a jar and 3 days after it came out soft to chew and juicy
