The mug warmer is an amazing tool! Ive had the issue going to bed at night with a hot cup of tea, that by the time I've fed the cats and showered the tea is luke warm at best. Bought one of the mug warmers to see if it would help - OMG its a game changer! no more cold tea :) very happy lady. It has a turn off feature so if you forget to turn it off it will switch off after a very short length of time without the mug on the platform. It has different temperature controls. I have it on the red to keep it hot. Its hot enough to drink on that setting but be careful and do not touch the bottom of your mug like i did the first time. Its very very hot! I will not be without one in the future!

Excellent purchase . It has three settings , I always have it on the hottest to keep my drinks hot , especially if you take a little longer to drink your hot drinks . Purchased several months ago and it’s still working . There is a cold setting , but I’ve never used it. Drinks do get hot , however, you can place on a medium setting for a warmer temperature.

Good quality and size. Good design and functionality. Ease of use and good value for money. Good heat retention. There are three settings for the amount of heat needed. Recommended.

Great product, keeps things warm as intended......HOWEVER, safety warning - obviously in order to keep the liquid warm, the product produces a lot of heat - DO NOT TOUCH THE HOTPLATE - it is very hot - like I said, obvious, but I still have been caught out.

This is excellent I have 3 of these next to my chairs around the house. Always a lovely hot cuppa. Unfortunately one of these units stopped working.. even tho it was months old, I sent a message to the company and Susan advised me that they have a 2 year warranty. They actioned a replacement which I received in a few days. Very good service and excellent item .

This really is an amazing cup warmer! It works better than I ever expected. I’ve had it about 3/4 months and it’s completely shut off and flashes now:( gutted

Wow, what a fantastic product I should of got one a long time ago! No more cold tea for me... Can get distracted and still come back to a hot drink. Easy to use but gets real hot so don't touch the centre. I would recommend that U put a heat Matt underneath.

I am so glad because it's fantastic! The temperature has 3 tap settings. Large mugs fit as well as smaller teacups and everything sets securely, the safety feature is activated by pressure, if it's on and feels a mug on it then it will heat as specified but if a mug is removed and it's left on then it will turn off after a short time. It's kept my coffee hot for hours.
