They were new and sealed in box. They would not take a charge or operate. I tried everything. I contacted the seller just to see if I was missing anything. They gladly replaced them. We had the new pair within 4 days of contacting them. I was not calling for an exchange as I knew it had been to long for that. They were a great set of headphones until the right earbud completely died about two months after I bought them. I use them three, sometimes, four times a week for a total of about 8 hours each time. I feel like if you're going to spend $100 that they should last you longer then two months. Not sure how to get ahold of the manufacturer or the seller, but I would like to exchange these for a brand new pair.
