I don’t usually write reviews but am amazed at how well this product works! Having suffered from digestive problems since being diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease six years ago and being left with the choice of either discomfort or continual dashing to the loo I was pleasantly surprised by how well this product worked. It settled my tummy and my abdomen feels much flatter. It is expensive but I feel it’s worth the money. The chocolate flavour is delicious (I have’t tried the vanilla yet) and a pleasant change from the citrus flavour product I used before. I now have this in a regular order.

Amazing and great tasting.

Just finished the first pack - it's helping but I can't take it every day as it upsets my stomach too much if I do. I am trying to work out the right amount to take so I can take it evenly each day. I have a strange side effect from taking it - I wasn't sure what was causing it but it's definitely this (as I stopped for a few days and it went) - not long after taking a dose, I get the smell of sour milk in my nose for the rest of the day.It's not the cure for my IBS but it's helping a bit. I think I will try the plain version this month.3 weeks in:Had to reduce the amount I was taking and stop for a few days. It's definitely helping but it a bit of a balancing act. Haven't had to use any laxatives since I started taking this which is a huge result. It's a bit annoying that the zip lock of the packaging ripped off after a couple of weeks.1 week in:I struggle with bloating and IBS to the point it causes me disruption to my life. I have found pre and probiotics to help in the past but they only seem to help for 2 or 3 months at time.I decided to give this a try and within a day I noticed the expected difference and improvements. Bloating has not been totally eliminated but reduced to a point where it's not painful at night which is my biggest issue. I haven't been constipated or needed to use laxatives at all (which helps you gut as they strip out the good stuff that's in there too). At the moment I am feeling better but almost like I could do with taking more frequently than once a day. I will possibly try this.The chocolate flavour is excellent - it's like a very nice hot chocolate powder. I think I am going to try the plain flavour as I could put it into more things - I would rather have it on my porridge than in my coffee.I have dropped a star to 4 for now until I see how it settles down longer term as I have had slightly better results in the past with other products - I am not sure that this is the fault of this product though as my IBS has been much more severe recently. A key point is that since taking this, I haven't had time take a cocktail of IBS medicines and that is really good news. I am wondering if I could start to take one of them again to improve the residual bloating. I will try to update this review in a couple of weeks.

On my second packet, the taste of chocolate is nice when made with milk- not so if making with water. I have bought vanilla as second packet. I feel this has helped me be more regular but also increased my exercise which can have the same effect but I do feel the probiotics must be helping somehow- I feel ore energised again this could be this or the increase exercise.

This is very chocolatey, needed 4 heaped teaspoons, not the 3 teaspoons they mention, to get a good taste. As its very expensive I mix with a Heul powder scoop and banana to get really thick and have with some granola. Great for working out.

Originally I bought this from the supplier and found it was being sold on Amazon, with free P&P and at a reduced price too.I add it to yoghurt for my overnight oats and it tastes just like a dessert!

They have changed the formulation and reduced the Belgian cocoa content sneakily but kept the price the same! Now it tastes nothing like it used to and is overpriced, sugary and bland. What a shame! I won;t be buying this anymore.
