The product itself has an amazing formula, and it's really nice on the lips, but it was a really big disappointment that it came melted, like it was seeping out of the tube. I do understand that this is probably not from India, so I understand the weather might contribute to this, or it might have been stored in a warmer place. But that didn't affect the usability of it.

In the description it says 3×4.8g sticks, I only recieved 1×4.8g stick So I paid 11 bucks for 1 stick when I could have bought 2 of the same sticks for the price of 5 dollars. My advice, go for the other 5 dollar one for 2 sticks.
