Comfortable and effective. Wear bigger size shoes!
Excellent quality, stable and easy to walk in as long as you are aware the insoles have a โleftโ and a โrightโ. If you apply on the wrong foot, it will not work properly. Easy to clean and the best out there. Wear a bigger size shoe to accommodate. Thank you Besvalo!

Not worth it!!!!
Very disappointing, does not do what it says. It hurt my feet. I followed the instructions. And still very sore feet and heals. Did not add any extra height at all! So sad! Donโt waste your money on this.
