This is a nice looking trellis - just what I was looking for! I have an area in my front yard that needed trellises to flank either side of two windows in the courtyard area of my home. These fit the bill perfectly. They were easy to install into the dirt with some leg strength (this will depend on your soil conditions) and a rubber mallot. They have a nice black finish, great height for climbers. I'm training a thornless Zephirine Drouhin on one now and a clematis of some sort come spring. Now I just need the manufacturer to make a 36" x 48" horizontal trellis in the same style to complete the look! I also have the smaller version of these for container planters for a mandevilla & a star jasmine both of which have been going to town with growth on these trellises! I bought these trellises after reading mixed reviews, and mostly to keep the retro vibe of my backyard. Yes, the trellises have a concave element on the center rectangles but the frame is solid and strong. The back of my trellises are facing a fence and/ or my house, so the looks of the back don’t matter. Also, within a couple of years, they will be mostly covered with vines, so it really doesn’t matter what the back looks like. Finally, if you have been shopping for trellises of this size, then you know that these are at a great price. Fully solid trellises with far less design elements would cost close to $200 each. These are a bargain my friends!

We were searching for two larger/higher trellises. We liked the contemporary design and decided to purchase these. The price was certainly reasonable for two. They arrived a day ahead of schedule and NO assembly is required. These are of average sturdiness. I found one small issue. At this heigth, they are somewhat unstable if left freestanding, given the length of the "feet". However, ours are about a foot from a retaining wall and I built two braces, anchoring them to the wall as well. Now they are sturdy and look great.

Very Pleased! Not super heavy duty, but I didn't expect that at this price point. It should last many years.

Arrived on time, well packaged. It is light weight so will need to add extra support to use as a trellis. But again, such a nice design - nothing nicer looking that we found on Amazon.

These look nice out of the box but not as sturdy as hoping. Careful pushing into ground or you can bend it.

Great choice for vines that are kept trimmed or manicured…
