Very cool faucet and I like the waterfall option although it is more for show than anything else. The main problem is the location of the control lever. Your hand has to go over the counter to operate it and you drip water on the counter. A better design would have the handle more forward so that water from wet hands would drip directly into the sink. To me this is a big annoyance given the high price and I design of the unit.
