Quality is good but read this review before buying
This is good protein from a reputed brand "Naturaltein" it's mixability is also good also easy to digest but I wi suggest you to buy flavoured once cuz if you buy this this is just like a foam really some are gonna womet. Taste is the worst and I will review more soon about results etc. But I strongly won't suggest you buy this instead but flavoured one of this. It's a raw protein so I know taste is bad but never seen that bad and strong taste so if you just need some results so I think this is good but it's really not drinkable I am never gonna buy this again it's not only bad in tatse but it's like foam that's undrinkable almost
