I just went up to the 250000 and I could see my vision was getting better again. I have to keep two prescriptions. One for the previous one from 10 years ago and the the next strength up from that. It’s amazing. Too bad people don’t know about this. If I’d known about this before my eyes needed reading glasses, I would have started taking this right when I needed my first pair of reading glasses. But, effectively, my eyes have not changed since I’ve been taking these. Distance or reading. I wear contacts and I do mono vision. Distance in one eye and reading in the other eye. Works great.
