This thing is rad. I love it. It was tricky to assemble in my tight dining room with two little boys running around and trying help but very simple. I was so excited for it I couldn’t wait for a better time. I am not a professional photographer though so I can’t account for technical lighting aspect but everything works great as far as I know. The lights are super bright and dimmable which is something I didn’t realize it had until I received it.

This is a BIG photo box, which is what I needed, but be aware that it's going to take up quite a bit of space in your home or studio and while assembly was easy and straightforward, it does take time, and this isn't the kind of thing you're going to want to set up and take down regularly. If you don't have the space for it to "live" in once you set it up, you may want to reconsider buying it. The largest item I was able to fit/shoot inside this box was a carry on size hard side suitcase just for reference. The light it creates is BEAUTIFUL and bright and soft (with the included diffuser) and just fantastic! I love the reflective material on the sides. The materials that make up the box are all very high quality. The instructions it comes with and the included booklet of tips and tricks and suggestions for everything from camera settings to shooting and editing are awesome! I love getting a glossy color booklet with things I buy! I love that it comes with 3 different backdrops to choose from (white, black and blush). I figured the best way to showcase it is to show some photos I took with it using my very basic Canon T2i DSLR and no editing! Not bad eh? Here are some important things to know about it and things that I wish were better. 1) If you plan to use this on carpet like I am doing, be aware that there is no structure to the bottom whatsoever, which means if you're shooting something heavier than a a couple pounds, or have items that don't have evenly distributed weight and you don't want to dent the backdrop paper, you'll need to get something to put underneath to support it. I am using one of those hard mats that you buy for rolling office chairs and it works well and is the right size. 2) The outter shell BARELY was able to fit and zip together over the frame even though I'm certain I have the frame pieces as firmly connected as they can possibly be. It was a struggle to get it zipped up and I'm worried about the strain on the zipper especially around the corners. So far they've held up fine, but it feels like it's just a little too small or the frame is just a little too big. 3) I wish there were additional peep windows on at least one other side of the box. There is the big one in the front and one small round on on top, but nowhere else. I understand that I can get the same side photos of an item by rotating it and using the front window for everything, but honestly sometimes it's difficult to position certain things just right and I would love to get numerous angles without having to touch it if that makes sense. It's certainly not a deal breaker, but for the price I really think it should have at least one other window on one of the sides. 4) I really wish it had a way to keep the front bottom edge taut to the frame, like with velcro straps or something that could loop around the front bottom frame pole, but there is nothing. It's not a big problem, but would make for a much better seal. 5) Positioning/changing the backdrops can be a challenge. They are only secured to the back/top by two velcro tabs. They hold it in place well, but you kinda have to half disassemble the box to swap them out and then getting the back drop to stay put on the bottom front edge can be tricky as there is nothing to hold it in place. This aspect of the design definitely needs some improvement. You store the backdrops curled up, so there needs to be a better way of getting them to stay laying down other than time. I did my best to tuck the front edge of the backdrop under the frame poles, but it doesn't stay very well. Eventually it laid flat on its own, but this was a big pain. They really needed to build something into the structure of the box to secure the back drop to the bottom front. 6) I love the central hole in the top, but be aware that if you're not using a specially rigged tripod or you're not 7 feet tall, it can be VERY tricky to stand above the box and shoot down onto a product from that center hole. I'm 5'7" and it's always super awkward and hard to get a steady shot and I have to employ stools and supports to hold myself in place, which is annoying. All of that being said, the level of professionalism that this box can help you take your photos to is phenomenal and I haven't been able to duplicate the quality and simplicity in another other DIY way. I think this box is definitely worth the price (and yes I paid full price for this!)! If you're ready to take your product photography to the next level, this is it! And I'm glad I opted for this big box instead of the smallest one. It just gives me a lot more flexibility in terms of what I can shoot and how. Hopefully this has been helpful to someone else!

Product is great overall. Customer service was excellent. The power box on mine went out after only a month of use, but customer service was excellent and they replaced it quickly! One down fall is that the power box does seem kind of fragile or weak, since the one they sent me broke rather quickly, and the replacement box causes the lights to flicker quickly once in awhile. So I think more work could be done in manufacturing a better power box, but other than that, the lights work great and the big box gives plenty of room on the inside!

I am rating this a 1 star for the following reasons: Im pretty mechanically inclined but this was definitely not easy to put together by yourself. I had to ask my wife for help to stretch the canvas over the metal frame. It seems like the metal frame bars are 1/4 of an inch too long on all sides. The quality of the canvas is bad. There are at least 20 different pin size holes that light shines through the outside of the light box. The zipper is difficult around the corners due to the snug fit. They almost bust at the seems. I will try to contact the manufacturer for a refund

It was ok at first, but the lights break very easily where they snap onto the frames and renders the whole thing useless, not worth the money spent.

I had this set up and shooting in about 15 minutes. The adjustable lighting along with dimming gives me great lighting control in the box. I’ve played with this box for about a week and it’s probably paid for itself just in time saved editing poorly lit photos like we before. The attached images took a couple minutes each in editing software to finish cleaning the background and add the watermark. There are no color corrections....the lighting is that nice.

I'll start with this. I would definitely buy it again. Overall, the product works fantastic for our needs and allowed us to take high-quality photos of our products with minimal editing. The LED lights work great and produce fantastic lighting and the construction of the box seems fine. There are are a number of areas that are well thought out. I do wish there were better retainers for the outside skin to the frame but I can remedy it with some velcro easy enough. Why 4 Stars instead of 5? For the price, I also wish it came with a few more backdrops to replace the white when it gets dirty. Based on the construction, I feel I could probably get it for less money if I looked harder, however, it allowed us to be turn key and it was easy to get set up and start getting very high-quality photos quickly.

Little pricey. But worth the money. Very easy to set up and use. It larger than i expected. But it works.

Very happy with this. It is not as expensive as others that have some of the features I was after, such as dimmable lights, and softening screen. Seems stronger than the last 60cm cube I had too.

Cumple su función perfectamente con productos opacos o que no reflejen imágenes, como una botella. Si lo utilizas con productos de cristal se refleja el borde interno de la estructura, el hueco por donde entra la cámara y las luces led (pequeñas y dispersas). Fácil de montar aunque no rápido ni cómodo (hablo del tamaño 80x80x80). No le doy las 5 estrellas por estas pequeñeces y porque la mochila donde se guarda es demasiado justa. Por muy bien que lo pliegues todo, cuesta de cerrar la cremallera.

a las 2 semanas ya tenia rota la mitad de las piezas que se usan para dejar sujeto las luces a las barras de la estructura, por pereza, no reclamé nada por garantia, a dia de hoy ya se me paso la fecha, igualmente tengo la sensacion de que aun que me hubiesen enviado las piezas de reemplazo se hubieran roto igualmente al poco tiempo. No lo recomiendo para nada, sale mas economico una cartulina A3 blanca y 2 luces continuas.

J'ai commandé cette box pour faire des photo et des vidéo. Concernant les photo, je conseille ce produit pour les objets de 25/30 cm car les cotés peuvent apparaître dans le champs avec des objets plus grands. Concernant la vidéo, idem, la caméra doit rester fixe et cadrée au plus près de l'objet sous peine de voir les cotés (style couverture de survie) apparaître dans le champ. La luminosité avec 2 rampes est un peu limite, je recommande donc vivement l'option 4 rampes ..... on a jamais trop de lumière ;-) Le montage est aisé, même par une seule personne en une dizaine de minutes. La finition de la partie en toile est soignée et paraît vraiment robuste ainsi que les fermetures éclair. Les différentes trappes pour prendre des clichés par dessus ou en face sont bien pratiques à manipuler. En conclusion, un bon produit pour ceux qui prennent des objets de taille moyenne et de la vidéo en restant serré sur l'objet. Ne pas hésiter à prendre la taille au dessus si vous devez travailler sur des objets de 40 cm ou plus.

Mit etwas Übung gelingt der Aufbau innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Dabei muss man darauf achten, dass man sehr symmetrisch arbeitet und die einfach mal Reißverschlüsse nicht überstrapaziert. Die Ausleuchtung ist sehr gut und gleichmäßig. Dafür sorgt auch der mitgelieferte Diffusor. Insgesamt ist die Verarbeitung eher einfach. So ist einer der beiden Klipse, um eine LED Leiste in der Box zu befestigen, bereits beim dritten Einsatz gebrochen. Etwas gaffa-tape reichte aber aus, und die Box denn noch sofort nutzen zu können. Ein Ersatz-Clip und auch ein Ersatz-Verbinder für die Stangen wurde zum Glück mitgeliefert. Wer die Box nicht allzu oft umziehen lässt, sondern weitesgehend stationär betreibt, dürfte die genannten Probleme nicht einmal merken. Ein Wort noch zu den LED Leisten: hammerstark! Wir haben sie als improvisierte Videoleuchten nutzen können und die Ausleuchtung war überraschend gut. Ein Hoch auf die LED-Technik
