High Quality product here. Taken once a day, it will give you the energy you need. Vitamin E has nothing on this. It increases energy while running, workouts, and sex. Takes care of aches and pains.

I have throughly enjoyed this supplement. Not a bad taste, and I’ve wanted to find a good bee pollen supplement. However, giving 4 stars because I’m not the biggest fan of having to take 5 for how big they are. An adjustment for sure.

I’ve been using this for a little while now and I’m honestly impressed. It’s easy to take, and I like that it combines bee pollen, royal jelly, and propolis all in one. I’ve noticed a nice boost in my energy and overall wellness. Definitely feels like a good natural addition to my routine!

I love this product it not only contains 750mg of Bee Pollen, but also the 1000 mg of Propolis and 1500 mg of Royal Jelly. It is considered “perfect food” because it contains more than 96 nutrients needed for life, and is made up of 40 percent protein. The beauty of this product is all three are in "Bee Well". What I found was the cost was 3 times cheaper if I bought all the ingredients separately. I also notice the mg content was more with the "Bee Well" product. My Mom was asking me for something to give her energy, I ordered this product for her. She is 84 years old. I have her on a all raw food diet after she became very ill. She juiced only for about 10 days and then went completely raw. She lost 33 lbs in 3 months and is doing great. By God only!! The "Bee Well" really helped her. I have started it for my family and I notice I can get a lot more done without being tired. No, I do not work for the company. I just like to be as clear as possible. I would recommend this product to anyone who is going raw or not, the benefits are there.

I have been taking this product for over three weeks now. Overall, I’m already quite healthy, so I wasn’t expecting to notice any significant changes in my daily life. However, after about two and a half weeks, I started to feel that I had more energy throughout the day. I used to feel tired after lunch and often wanted to take a nap, but that has improved since I started using this product. I do wish the recommended daily intake were lower, though, as it requires taking five fairly large capsules.

Right off the bat, these have a rather unpleasant and strong odor. It's not the worst thing I've ever smelled, yet it's still very noticeable as soon as you remove the lid. If I had to describe it, I'd say they smell like a musty attic. I've been holding my breath when I take them, and making sure to drink a lot of water to wash the flavor away. Because, yes, you can taste it a little bit too, right at first. And I will say that they've seemed to make me burp, and that makes me taste it again. It's not enough to deter me from taking them, though, if they really do work. I can't attest to that at this point, as I have only been taking them for two days now. But I've been around a sick family member all week, and while I had been feeling a little run down before, I am feeling pretty good now. Fingers crossed these keep me healthy. They are fairly big, so if you struggle with swallowing pills they may be hard for you, but I've had no issue getting them down. They recommend that you take 5 capsules a day, which seems like a lot to me. I've been working my way up, just to make sure I don't have any adverse reactions to them. Yesterday I just took one, and today I took three. They also recommend taking with a meal, so that's what I did. I haven't had any stomach issues with them or side effects at all. They are pretty pricey, I think, so I plan on only taking them when I feel like my immune system needs an extra boost.

I only gave it 4/5 because I believe one bottle is not enough to give a judgment. However the product seems to have improved my teens overall health and immunity.
