Love how soft and silky this shampoo leaves my hair. I alternate it between my silver shampoo and it easy to comb through after. Hair feels restored.

I bought and used this shampoo along with the Schwarzkopf conditioner after reading really positive reviews. I used it several times and every time my hair felt horrible afterwards, as though I hadn't washed the product out properly. The first and second times I thought it might be me but after thoroughly rinsing my hair of both the shampoo and conditioner to make sure it was all out, it still felt nasty. I guess I would describe it as feeling as though it was full of hair spray - sort of stuck together and thick. It didn't look too bad (although maybe a little greasy) but it really felt horrible and I will not use it again. I cannot say whether this was caused by the shampoo or conditioner (perhaps both), I don't know if it was something I was doing wrong (although I was under the impression to use them as I would normal shampoo/conditioners), but unfortunately I would not buy or use again. Cannot fault price or delivery though, excellent there.

Think I got the wrong one. I was after a replacement for my previous bottle which was a dark purple liquid. This is a light pink and much thicker, almost like a cream. Not sure if I’ve got the wrong product by mistake

Fantastisches Shampoo! Es hilft, die Farbpigmente in meinem Haar zu bewahren, sodass die Farbe am Ansatz nicht zu schnell verblasst und ich nicht ständig nachfärben muss. Zusätzlich ist es pH-neutral. Die große, praktische Flasche begeistert mich besonders – so muss ich nicht ständig nachkaufen. Es fühlt sich fast wie eine professionelle Behandlung an, nur dass ich sie bequem zu Hause genießen kann.
