Bought this as an upgrade to my previous CyberPowerPC rig, which I used for nearly 7 years with no issue. My thoughts on this PC: --The rig is aesthetically pleasing to me. Light controls are very customizable, and the light remote is very intuitive. Sleek case, not overly large or massive. --Many USB ports. This has 2 USB ports on the obverse and 6 USB ports on the reverse of the rig. Includes USB 3.0 which is really nice. --Load time. The SSD takes this from off to running programs in about 10-15 seconds. I no longer have to wait figuratively forever for my PC to load up. If you have never had a SSD before, this will be a gamechanger. --Performance. I don't play the most demanding games, but this system has noticeably reduced my lag times and quality of my gaming experience. --Internet options. Comes with standard ethernet port and also comes with a wifi adapter. The wifi adapter is external and is a bit bulky, but it does stick to the case easily via magnets. I would suggest this somehow be incorporated internally in the future. --Noise. This doesn't make much of any noise. I have a db meter that I used for another project, but found that this PC runs around 40-50db under normal conditions, and I haven't gotten a reading above 60db when I have really tried to push the system. --Heat. Comes with a fan-powered cooling system. Can get a little warm if you really push it for a long time, but I have never had an issue with heating myself. If this is anything like my last CyberPowerPC rig, it WILL overheat if you do not keep airflow moving freely. While I currently have my rig on my carpeted floor (temporarily), keeping it off the floor or on a hard surface along with being diligent about keeping it dust-free goes a long way with dissipating heat and retaining pc performance. Overall, this is a really great deal if you are looking for performance without breaking the bank.

If I could give zero stars I would. I invested in this for my son for Christmas and less than 3 months later it is a big hunk of garbage. I paid for the protection plan but if the issue happens within the 1st year then you have to deal with the company… which is pretty useless. I was told to send the computer back to them and after spending almost $1000 on their giant paperweight they said I had to pay to send it back and that I better insure it in case it gets ‘lost’. So I said I wanted a refund and they said I had to deal with Amazon but that it was past the window so they wouldn’t return it. So, almost a month ago I paid an extra $150 to send it back to them and haven’t heard a thing… When I emailed them to find out they said I had to email a different department. So if you buy this be prepared to be thoroughly disappointed and ready to deal with crappy customer service, probably because they know they sell crap and don’t want to have to actually deal with their own garbage.

The performance is pretty nice and when you play with a very as well. The memory capacity is also adequate enough for when you need a pc like this to start pc gaming. The heat level is also nice even with it being 3 months of me having the pc so far. The power consumption works well while having the option to let the pc sleep to conserve energy. The power supply is just as good too. I like that there is a total of 6 USB ports and a port for a usb-c cable as well. The good thing about it, appearance wise, would be the 2 buttons next to the aux port that let's change between the PC's lighting options.

I am so happy to have this new pc from CyberPower. It's so beautiful with the LED lights, I love them. I didn't know the mouse and keyboard was going to have lights as well (maybe I should have not said anything) it was a nice Suprise. There was one thing that scared me a little.... at first, I wouldn't come on. So, I opened it up and made sure everything was locked into place. Then I checked the back and I found what was wrong. The HDMI port is loss. You have to make sure you put it in but not all the way. I don't know how to fix this or if I should even bother fixing it. I do know I love this PC I can do PCVR now!!!! I love it if there is any gamers out there add me or vrchat or quest 2 Divineslayer420 is my addy get this PC so we can play and have fun I make world and Avatars for people as a part time job LETS GO!! anyway add me. Take care Love Divine

I purchased this system for my son as an early Christmas present when his old system died. We had performed a lot of upgrades to his old system so it could handle the games he likes to play, but this one works for him out of the box. We may upgrade the RAM at some point as we had 32 GB in his old system and this one came with 16 GB, but with the faster video card and a good SSD hard drive, it works well for his games. At this point he is very happy with it, although his wife made him name it Jolene as she's sure the computer is out to steal her man. LOL!
