Can Colora Henna Power be used on chemically colored hair?

as a licensed cosmotologist I was always taught that no . if you have henna in your hair - then no chemical coloring and no perms and no relaxers. i used this product because i couldn't find the one i used to use. i did not like it. it was very grainy/ gritty and very hard to wash out of hair. and my hair afterwards was worse. not the extra shine and stronger thicker hair. my hair was so hard to comb through= snarling up something fierce. after one use i stopped using it.

should I use the natural for hair that is highlighted with a little gray?

It depends on what you want. What color is your hair? If your hair is almost any color, any henna shade, except the natural, will give your gray reddish highlights, or at least, a paler shade of your color if you use honey and you are blonde, etc. If you want the gray to shine, really, natural will do that. Tell me what you actually want and I will answer.

is the buttercup blonde a light neutral blonde?

I'm naturally light brown and use this to "highlight" my hair as it completely covers grays. I use buttercup blonde. I think the formula may have changed over the past year. It was a golden blonde but the last few boxes I used turned my hair more of a strawberry blonde.

Are there metallic salts in this product? I am curious if it is safe to use chemical dyes over this product.

I got a perm after I had used Henna and it it really damaged my hair.
