After trying to build our own PC and running into an issue with a faulty part, we had to return EVERYTHING and dealt with the nightmare of shipping everything back, restocking fees, etc. Instead of trying again, we happened upon this CyberPower PC and it had all the specs and even better parts than we'd bought before, for the same price. We've had it for 4 days now, and it is worlds better than the PC is replaced. Runs Skyrim and Fallout 4 on Ultra settings, boots instantly, mouse and keyboard are great, really nice lighting, super quiet - I'm incredibly impressed.

Product arrived everything was good except for the keyboard. Poor packaging of the keyboard led to the keyboard raisers being broken upon arrival. The computer is very fast and it does what I expect it to.

I received my BattleBox 5 days ago and so far it is great! I bought it primarily for photo editing rather than gaming and it has meet all my expectations. I would guess that it is > 5+ times faster than my previous desktop. Will post updates as I become more familiar with it.

I've had this computer for a little over a month now and I'm really impressed with it. The pricing at the time of my purchase was on point for the parts, I'm sure I could have gotten a bit cheaper but this is pre-built and came with mouse and keyboard and Prime shipping, so it all worked out well for me. I was able to overclock the GPU a decent amount and have been running games like PUBG, Skyrim, and Elder Scrolls Online, really well. PUBG definitely can't be run on high settings, mostly medium, but competitively playable and still looks great. Skyrim SE and Elder Scrolls Online can be played on Ultra and with very few tweaks to things like view distance in ESO to keep steady 60fps and I have almost 200 mods installed on Skyrim Special Edition and it runs perfectly. I also bought a 1440p monitor to go along with this PC and it all looks great. Overall, I would say this computer was fairly priced, but not a crazy good deal. If you're really looking to maximize savings you might be better off looking elsewhere, but if you want convenience and a solid build, I really can't complain at this point.

I had this computer for about a good 2 weeks now. Before buying this computer, I checked almost everyday for a powerful computer for the price because of GPU prices still expensive. Once this computer went on sale, with all the components it had, I could not resist. The shipment was quite fast. The boot up for this computer was fast and easy. Every component worked well, such as, GPU (1060), RAM (16GB), Fans, SSD, Hardrive and etc. I have no complaints about this computer, it even came with the MOBO Prime B360M-A box which was a huge plus. There are no color changes to the fans but I was leaning more towards the performance, thus it was not an issue. Overall, this is a solid computer for the price I got it for. I run Fortnite on max settings with 120 FPS. Other high end games achieve max settings no problem: Withcher 3, Dying Light Enhanced edition and etc.

Arrived in good condition. (caution it's heavy). I have never been assembling a PC but I have done it within 15 mins following the instruction. There are two things I think the beginners really should know: 1. It does not connect to wifi normally although it says wifi function included. The wifi signal you are gonna get is too weak to be able to open even Google. You HAVE TO purchase a wifi adapter for this PC to use WIFI instead of ethernet. 2. It does not come with a disk driver. You are gonna have to get an external disk driver if you want to use a disk. These are two things I found important to know so far. I'll add more later.

I bought this to replace my old desktop, and I absolutely love it. I bought a new 144HZ monitor along with this computer, the setup instructions that came with the PC was awesome and made setting up so much easier. I have no problems running all my games through this machine. I also like how it is very easily customizable and you can very quickly access the internals of the PC. :)

Well shipped and working great overall 7 month after it arrived. I would say the main components are solid (CPU, GPU, mb, case, etc.), but minor components are just no-name brands that are not that great (easy enough to replace, but i wish they didn't cheap out). For example, the stock fans started rattling after just a few months.
