Great light-weight hand truck!
Like many other models of Harper hand trucks, this is an inexpensive, light-weight (21 pounds) model that is great for household or light business use. When buying a hand truck here are a few things to consider: 1. Most important, how will you use it? This Harper model has a weight capacity of 600 pounds. My son and I used this hand truck to move a (400-pound) refrigerator from our kitchen into the adjacent dining room, and to wheel our dishwasher to another house four blocks away. It worked very well for both tasks. (When going down stairs the nylon truss will slide along the edge of the stair tread; there is no conveyer belt on the truss for going up and down stairs.) It might be worth buying a cinch strap to help stabilize what you are moving onto the hand truck. 2. Which tires? This model has hard rubber tires. Pneumatic tires will more evenly distribute the load over the floor and better absorb small bumps, but if the tire does not have an inner tube it may go flat over an extended period of time. Hard rubber tires will never go flat. 3. Which handle shape? This model has a continuous U-shape; Harper also makes hand trucks with a P-shaped handle. All the light-weight Harper hand trucks require very basic assembly of the nylon truss, steel platform, steel handle, and wheels. The nylon truss seems flimsy right out of the box, but it "firms up" once all the parts are assembled. If the hand truck is assembled correctly, it should operate very smoothly. Amazon sells several models of Harper hand trucks. It is best to read the reviews for other models to get a better idea of how the different models compare.

Pain avoidance tool!
Good solid build and not a squeaky noise machine when you wheel things around. It is very versatile and perfect for making easy work of heavy things.
