I stick to the recommended dosage and no more, and I experienced no stomach pains or any other adverse reactions. It's only been two weeks using this and what a massive difference in performance, not just with pushing out heavier weights to get extra muscle tone, but the overall performance of everything was nothing I've experienced! I've used the off the self H&B 6 capsules a day before, but this stuff blows it out of the water! Very little water retention too from speaking to a lot of people already using to great affect! Personally I went for the 186 servings for the longevity so value to money was spot on. I've also noticed about the powder not dissolving properly into the water and being a bit gritty, if you mix it with 100ml of warm water to start with then top up accordingly with cold water it gets it dissolved a lot better for the no grit people out there, and shake it vigorously for 30 seconds too like the instructions advises.

The first photo on this product shows capsules, as does the description showing serving amount as "200". In fact what was delivered is the powder version with only 93 servings. Looking again, the description includes both capsules and powder which is confusing. I'll be ordering elsewhere next time so I know what I'm getting.

Es la primera vez que adquiero Creatina y me he estado informando mucho antes de decidirme por este producto (desconocía por completo la marca). Mi objetivo no es tanto el de usarlo como suplemento para la actividad deportiva -que también, ya que soy asidua a ejercicios de entrenamiento casi a diario-, sino para contrarrestar la pérdida de músculo por la edad y la suplementación de creatina por mi condición de vegana. Aún es pronto para ver los resultados pero me gustaría destacar dos aspectos que considero muy importantes: No he detectado ningún malestar físico, soy propensa a migrañas y cefaleas y uno de mis miedos era que me pudiera desencadenar un brote; después de dos días, os puedo asegurar que en absoluto he notado nada parecido. Además no tiene sabor y se mezcla muy bien en líquidos, e incluso se puede tomar directamente de la cucharita y acompañar con líquido a continuación. Otro punto es el del cierre, precinto y cantidad: he leído en algunos comentarios la decepción de que el bote esté lleno hasta más o menos la mitad y siendo un comentario muy repetido me llama la atención que nadie se haya parado a leer la descripción completa del producto en la que precisamente se especifica el por qué (copio y pego): "El bote no está lleno hasta el borde cuando se abre, ¿por qué? Es completamente normal y tiene que ver con el envasado al vacío del polvo en el bote. Con el tiempo, el polvo se asienta en el fondo. Nuestros productos se venden por su peso neto y no influye en el número de porciones que figuran en la etiqueta." Por lo demás, repito, es pronto para ver los resultados, pero en general estoy contenta con la compra. Desde luego, si con el tiempo veo alguna reacción negativa, estaré encantada de compartirla porque creo que estos comentarios tienen esa finalidad: la de compartir experiencias lo más objetivas posibles. NOTA: Y sí incluye un dosificador de tomas (por lo menos en mi caso), solo hay que remover un poquito el polvo porque es pequeñita y transparente, y a primera vista es difícil de localizar.
