I have no big toe nail, could I use this if my skin isn’t broken? I’ve tried glue tabs and they just fall off

I really don’t think it would work as sticking false nails to a nail is very different than directly to skin. It’s very strong but you may have some sort of skin reaction, it may burn? I suppose you could always do a little patch test? I wouldn’t but that’s just a personal opinion.

Does the nail glue come off with nail varnish remover?

mainlyyes, I had to rub and press a bit harder to remove it, particularly underneath the nail tip if the glue settled there. I always redid the glue each time I renewed nail varnish. This glue really works well if you renew it at leat once each week. I don't know if you've heard this tip but a small piece of teabag paper stuck over the tear before the glue layer really does seal the tear well.
