However overall I think the quality of this guard is better. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Good Pad *by T***N on 5 April 2017* Initially I was a bit dubious about the depression in the centre of the pad but this really does help to stabilise the bar when it's on your shoulders. So far, the foam has always sprung back after being compressed and the pad is really comfortable in use, enabling me to concentrate on squeezing out that extra rep without the distraction of pain in my spine.
