They have some B vitamins - Thiamine 50 mg; Niacin 60 mg; Ribflavin 50 mg; B6 - 50 mg; Folic Acid 800 mcg and B12 200 mcg.

How come the female multiple comes with a plastic cap and the male multiple comes with a metal/tin cap?

Solgar's Female Multi contains Iron & the Male Multi does not. Solgar uses the plastic safety caps on some of their products that contain iron. You have to push the plastic cap down to start turning it and it is also a children's safety cap.
