Highly recommend!!!
Brilliant stuff. My baby was struggling with wind/colic most evenings, crying in pain. I started using this one evening, and the next night we had no tears! They state to put it in 30 mins before feeding but that's not always practical. I put it in warm milk just before feeding her and we haven't had any problems since. I use it alongside infacol. I now have a wind free happy baby. It says to use 4 drops but I have reduced to 3 as her poos were a bit wet.

Amazing
These have worked brilliantly for us I only wish I tried them sooner. My baby suffered from severe trapped wind particularly in the early hours of the morning where she just couldn’t sleep on her back and had to be held. Infacol and gripe water didn’t touch the side. She is combi fed so we switched to a comfort formula and use these drops for breast feeding. They will only work if lactose is the issue, which it seems it is for us. It’s not 100% cured it but it’s a lot better and I am hoping she will grow out of the rest soon (currently 3m old). They are a faff to give but it’s worth it !!!

Really helped with colic and tummy discomfort
Colief drops were great help when our baby had colic back in 2022.They made milk much easier for our baby to digest and reduced crying after feeds. For the first time parents it was overwhelming to deal with baby's other health issues and colic on the top. It worked like magic for our baby. After the use of colief drops she was a happy baby again. Worth the price for the relief it gives.A helpful product for colicky babies.

Expensive, but it helps!
My newborn baby was suffering terribly with colic. We tried all of the over the counter colic drops etc, but none worked! This product is expensive, however I have seen an improvement with my sons colic. He doesn't scream for long periods as he did before, he still gets a little trapped wind and fussiness, but these drops have definitely helped stop the inconsolable crying. It might not work for all babies, but I can say this has definitely improved my baby's discomfort with colic. I would recommend this product.

My newborn has struggled with painful trapped wind and explosive nappies since day 3
Expensive but worth it. My newborn has struggled with painful trapped wind and explosive nappies since day 3, and was screaming non-stop from 10pm until 3, 4 even 5am. We're now giving Colief before every feed, which is a bit of a faff with a hungry, breastfed-on-demand baby, but he is much more comfortable and everyone in the house is getting a little more rest. We're using in combination with Infacol, which helps him to burp, and Windis to help with the more stubborn and uncomfortable nappies. Colic and sleep deprivation is no joke! UPDATE: Our little one is now 10 weeks old and has been off Colief for about 2 weeks. We adjusted our breastfeeding routine as it seemed there was more milk than my baby could cope with. This meant he was gulping milk down, resulting in more wind and discomfort. I also suspect (and a LA Leche League lactation consultant agreed) that baby was getting too much of the lactose-rich foremilk. So we began nursing on one side for two feeds, then switching to the next side for the next two feeds (block feeding). I also cut all dairy from my diet in the advice of my GP. You should definitely take advice from LLL, a HV or GP before you do any of this, and you must be vigilant about the risk of mastitis with block feeding, but it did the trick for us. Our baby is still an extremely fussy, clingy, wakeful baby (joy!) but he no longer screams for hours on end, and when he does finally fall asleep at night, he sleeps for 8 hours solid. Still won't nap though! Answers on a postcard, please, from anyone who can fix that little problem :-)

Ok
My 4 week old son was showing signs of having colic, he was very gassy during and after feeds and it was extremely hard to get his wind up. He was constantly pulling his legs up everytime I went to put him down after a feed. It was taking around an hour to settle him and put him down which is exhausting at 3am in the morning. I switched him to aptamil comfort with no changes. I started him on these drops last week and I can't say they have made a huge difference. He does bring up more wind but it didn't make a difference to how long it was taking him to settle. After a bit more research online I thought I would try a smaller teat size than the standard size 1 that came with my mam starter bottles. The difference was instant. He was actually finishing the bottle quicker too with more comfort. Hopefully this review helps someone else who is struggling

Great product
These are awesome. I wish I could buy them from someone other than Amazon but tariffs make it impossible to order from the company, so I have to buy what Amazon and Walmart have in stock. These drops come from a bottle dropper, so adding it to milk is as easy as pinching the bottle. It takes seconds to add the enzyme to the milk. The buffer for the enzyme is sweet and safe. Lactase is extremely safe. My daughter has been sleeping much better now that she is less gassy. Her gas would wake her up at night. I think it is a worthwhile purchase. The lead times can get dramatic, so you should buy it a month in advance and buy enough to get you through the Trump administration because once Amazon runs out, it will be hard to get more.

Just WOW!!
This SAVED us in the first few months. Our baby would puke a TON about once a day. She stopped puking doing this before most feeds. We had bottles everywhere. Now she’s 4 months and does not need it anymore.

I consider them effective and safe for infants.
These drops really helped my little one during his colic. I gave them two or three times a day. On top of that, they helped him pass gas. I consider them effective and safe for infants.
