These seem pretty good. Easy to swallow, good-sized and quite palatable looking capsules, and don’t taste of anything. Great value for money. Last for ages.

What I needed, been using last one neatly finished hence bought new one, new recycle packaging.

My PCP remarked at the strong levels of D3 in my blood after routine blood panel for thyroid and hair loss. I started taking this gel cap about 7 months prior to the blood panel, per an endocrinologist's recommendation. We all know that the best source of D is sunlight, but in the winter or rainy climates, these little tiny gel caps are SO effective and helpful, they do NOT simply flush through your system but will appear in your bloodwork! I highly recommend it, it's inexpensive and necessary. I will take these for the rest of my life. No taste, easy to use, great absorption.

I’m so happy I was able to find this in a large quantity. It was rather bothersome having to buy it every 90 days. Now I’m set for a year. They seem to be a good product. I won’t know until I go for my annual physical & get my vitamin d levels tested. If they’re good I won’t update this review, if not, I’ll definitely update.
