It works very well when you start to feel symptoms of a cold or flu, soar throught. Take it straight away it will help relief soar trought, dry cought. Taste is horrible very sour, to much apple cider in it apparently. Give a dessert spoon every morning after breakfest to my 6 years old and he is happy to take it, but because of a taste has to have a sip off water. Worked really well when my son was cold, especially when coughing.

Excellent product, really does work & actually got me through the day when I felt fit for nothing! I unfortunately suffered from a virus & sinus infection for around 5-weeks with various medication from the Drs that did not work & honestly felt horrendous. I regularly buy this for my son who was born with breathing difficulties an 7yrs on still suffers in winter from bad cold that lead to chest infections. Since using this stuff at the beginning of the Autumn months his so far been healthy in winter months. My son does complain about the taste but its worth it to have him healthy, I will continue to buy this product an definitely recommend it to anyone who's immune system isn't great!

My son was suffering with Sore throat for more than a month now ,going to doctors, giving him antibiotics and nothing worked, I was so desperate that I started looking for some medication that is good for sore throat I came across this, purchased on Saturday got it on Sunday and started giving him, can't say 100% but his is feeling much better.

Very strong tasting, almost horrible but it was OK to swallow quickly. Seems to cost the throat well and offers some relief from a sore throat.

Very good product. Recommended by a friend. Give it to our kids and also I’ve taken it myself to suppress a cough. Obviously if you’re sick this may not suffice but it’s still very useful. Strong taste - but my kids just take a drink of juice after if they’re complaining it’s too “spicy” It’s cheaper here by exactly half what I pay in local chain health shop

Have used for more than two decades during long winter months. During Covid used daily but as this is from 'down under' supplies are now non existent.
