Excellent versatile filler which is convenient and easy to apply to various surfaces. I have used it as a surface filler in plastered walls, wooded window frames and concrete ledges with good effect. White in colour and easy to sand and paint over for a long lasting repair. For deeper holes over 9mm use their Deep fill filler instead which is also very good.

Works well but wasn’t packaged well and arrived open!

This filler is so soft, it filled in the wall dents like a dream, dried quickly and sanded well. And it didn't make visible patches after I painted over it. I gave it an hour to dry and it seemed set, and after it dried it seemed strong and solid. It's not particularly sticky but it stayed on the wall without falling off. I must say that even though I saw the size before ordering it was somehow a smaller pot that I expected. However, it was more than enough for my needs.

This stuff is the best filler on the market for repairing plaster or interior masonry. I recently bought a (larger) tub of a very well known consumer brand & was disappointed to find out that was full of air, like whipped cream, & completely failed on anything but skimming over scratches & shallow dents. This, however, can do the whole lot, from smaller repairs like filling in after removing Rawlplugs to rebuilding corners on broken bricks to filling in rebates from removed hinges or door keeps. I've used it on wood, plaster, & raw masonry & it's performed well on all of it. When fresh, it's dense but spreads easily & dries quite fast too. There's no sagging even in the larger repairs & it adheres well without having to prep the surface beyond blowing off any dust. For larger repairs, if you use too much at one time it is likely to split the surface of the filler as it dries, but just do it in several smaller applications & it's perfect. If it does split, another skim over the top fills that in smoothly too, & then it sands down without visible seams. Sanding this stuff is quite difficult though; it dries really hard, so use a low grit to level the surface. Once it begins to age a bit, it will dry out & become more gritty, but you can try to rescue it by adding a little water & mixing that in well. This means it isn't particularly waterproof after use so I wouldn't want to use it on anything exterior or in a damp area without overpainting with something waterproof. It takes a really long time to dry out if properly sealed in the tub though, & it cleans off tools really easily under the cold tap.

It did leave cracks and isnt as watery as i expected so is a bit hard to work with.

Recommend. Excellent stuff, easy to apply. Dries ROCK HARD, so an orbital electric sander is advisable to use afterwards. Gives a professional finish. Thought recommend it.
