Yes the vice pegs were included with the WM536

How do you attach the orange handles to the black handles as there is absolutely no give at all

They just press in ( the orange parts are split and compress when pushed in )

Handle pins fit easily thru the plastic handle, but not the metal rod❓

Rub them with sandpaper to remove the paint. Take a drill and manually clean the paint from the inside of the split pin holes. Apply a little grease.
