Mavala Double Lash - Strengthens Lashes Eyebrows For A Longer, Denser Stronger Effect 10ml

Great price for £10 I really can’t complain. I have become sick of paying over £20 for Rapidlash which was preventing my lashes from falling out but it wasn’t really encouraging new growth or thickness - it never brought any noticeable change to my lash and brow hairs the progress kind of stalled? so I decided to take a chance with this lash serum. I saw it had mixed reviews so I wasn’t too sure if it would work. The bottle is nice, easy to open and close. Plenty of serum in there too which in comparison to my previous lash serum there is only 4ml in there and I was constantly struggling to even get the serum out of the tube. I have experienced no irritation with this product. I have allergies and it has not triggered any of them. Within one week my lashes had a pretty curl to them and I did not use any eyelash curlers before or after starting this serum - they’re naturally short ish lashes so I saw the difference quite quickly. The serum strengthened my brow and lash hairs they feel tougher than they were before and seem to have slightly increased in thickness which I am very happy with. My lashes have grown a little bit and that growth seems to have stabilised. I am not expecting to grow super long lashes so personally I’m very very happy with the results. I’ve only been using this for three weeks and so far the difference is amazing. When I use mascara my lashes look longer, curled and the effect really opens my eyes. I apply this at the base of my lashes and work it up to the tips every night and brush it across my brows too. Only con is that once it dries it looks like crust on your lashes lol Overall don’t expect miracles, it does grow your lashes it does strengthen them and I can’t speak for everyone but my lashes did grow, not by a huge amount but it’s enough to dramatically improve the appearance of lashes when mascara is used. If my lashes get any longer ill update this. For the price I will say I got very fast results with this literally within days and then for some growth it took a few weeks. Compared to other serums that take weeks of use before you notice anything at all. :)

After an unfortunate encounter with a vicious mascara, I was left with very sparse, weak eyelashes, particularly on my right eye. My eyelashes took to falling out, leaving me with little bald patches which were made more obvious when I applied mascara. It was getting desperate and I began to wonder if I would have ruined eyelashes for the rest of my life. That was until I read a review of this product and decided to try it... I've been using this every week day (not weekends as I tend to be a little more relaxed about my beauty routine on those days) for about a month and I can honestly say I've seen a noticeable difference. Stupidly I forgot to take before and after pictures, but believe me when I say my eyelashes are in much better condition, I no longer have bald patches and I can once again wear mascara with confidence. This is really easy to use; basically it's a milky-white liquid in a little bottle (10ml) which has a short, stubby mascara wand attached to the lid. You apply it in the same way as you would a regular mascara, but paying particular attention to the roots of your lashes. I've poked myself in the eye with the wand a couple of times (who hasn't?) and the liquid hasn't had any adverse affect on contact with my eye. It doesn't sting, leave my eyes red raw, burn or any other unpleasant side effects you can think of. And coming from someone who has super-sensitive skin and eyes, that says a lot! This isn't cheap but a little goes a long way. As mentioned above, I've been using this for a month already and the contents has barely gone down. I can easily see this lasting 6 months or more, so I think you actually end up getting your money's worth. On the basis of the results I've seen, I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone looking to improve the appearance and condition of their eyelashes. This can also be used on eyebrows if you wanted to, making it a double-whammy of a product really!

In June 2011, I had lash extensions glued onto my own lashes while on holiday. The glue was so strong, the false lashes were still stuck fast after 4 weeks and I was getting a little tired of resembling Barbara Cartland. The lashes were eventually removed by a patient beautician using glue softener and some sort of scraper. I think the false lashes weakened my own lashes and I lost a fair few lashes when the falsies were scraped off. Oh Dear! My eyes are my best feature (I am not bragging, the rest of my face is below par) so I was rather concerned that my own lashes looked short and sparse particularly at the inner corners. I am a mascara fiend as well and I noticed that my usual mascara seemed to clump on the wasteland of lashes. It was then I decided that my lashes needed some TLC. I decided not to use mascara for 4 weeks and I bought Mavala Double Lash Night treatment. To be honest, I could hardly tell any difference at the end of 4 weeks so picked up my neglected mascara. THEN I noticed a difference! The mascara (the same I always use) adhered to my lashes like never before. I only needed one coat to see the difference. My lashes were definitely longer in places so I could see a slightly spikey effect. The corner lashes had grown back so the mascara was landing on lashes instead of eyelids. Each lash seems to be thicker rather than me having more lashes. Mascara does not clump and the lashes are more separated than they ever used to be (when wearing mascara). I do not know if the serum swells each lash so that it looks thicker (which would account for the mascara not clumping) but whatever it is, I am happy to recommend (as I have done to my friends). The serum is rather thin and feels like water when applying it. It dries very quickly and I put several coats on. The serum does seem to last a long time. I think it will last at least 6 months which is a good investment. Don't take my word for it. Just try it and see. Update 4th September 2011: In the past week, three people have commented on my eye lashes saying my lashes look thicker and longer and have assumed I have changed mascara which I haven't. I did not seek their opinion. I may have been optimistic thinking the serum will last 6 months. Four months might be more accurate. I will be buying my second bottle before then.

Sceptical on whether this would work, but it does! I have always had disappointingly short naturally blonde eyelashes and over the years have tried lash extensions (time consuming, costly and can look bad when you need fill-ins but don’t have an appointment before that big event?) I’ve used false lashes, but what a faff to fit them/remove etc... just always yearned for decent eye lashes! Started using this mid April, apply at night before bed. (Sometimes forgot, so I’d put it on in the morning! Sometimes skipped a day due to forgetfulness!) By June my lashes were fuller and longer and with a good mascara they look pretty impressive (compared to the ‘before’ situation), plus my mascara seems to stay on for longer too - bonus?! I also applied it to areas of my eyebrow where I had ‘gaps’ - My brows also look improved - very pleased. I am going to continue using this, it works for me and the price is worth it for the results! It’s not an overnight miracle (if that’s what you want, go fake or extension?) but with persistent use (even if sporadic) I’ve found it does what it says it will, so no need for temporary fixes! After 3 months, I now have - ‘longer, fuller, stronger lashes’! 😏

Really impressed! I bought as I’d seen some good reviews. Even though I’d never tried this before I’ve definitely noticed a difference in length and thickness of my eyelashes with no irritation. I’m highly sensitive to a lot of lash serums but I find if you use this slowly and consistently without overloading product you will still get great results!

Unlike many products I tried over the years it caused no irritation I would have particularly noticed in the mornings. Guess when you sleep you rub your eyes on the pillow and, the eyes might water, etc. as they are basically trying ‘to get rid of’ product/ingredients that are not fit for this sensitive area. The result then were swollen, itchy and irritated eyes in the morning. Not with this one! Consistency: Perfect for me - Non-sticky, liquid but not watery it is absorbed quickly and is fragrance free Application: Great - I love their small mascara brush for application vs. the eye liner often used with this type of product. I can apply product more precisely to both sides of lashes while reaching down to the roots. Hence no access liquid in your eyes and your lashes get a great nice groom too. After application on both eyes I use the rest on the brush for the brows. Results: Applying it twice a day and after using 50% of the bottle my lashes are definitely longer, thicker and more luscious. You can also tell in the morning / without make up as your eyes don’t look so ‘bare/naked’. I even got rid of a small spot with sparse hair on one brow I had for years. Overall: Definitely a great product. If you expect your lashes length to double - I don’t think this is possible. However, the results are definitely quite noticeable and will obviously depend on what is the best one can get out of their lashes. It will be interesting to see results over a longer period – like any other beauty product you’ll have to be committed in order to achieve best results. Note: Mavala, a reputable Swiss brand (my mum actually used their products when I was a child) does without paid bloggers, social media hype or campaigns with celebrity brand ambassadors. This might suggest that research & development are allocated to product development!

I bought this product for my eyebrows, as they had become sparse by falling out since I had my baby the year before. The brush made it easy to apply and I made sure my brow hairs were covered from root to tip. After a few weeks, I had seen no difference in my brows and so to make sure I was getting all hairs covered, I started going over my eyebrows twice with the product. A few weeks later I began to see a difference in thickness. Although from time to time I still have brow hairs falling out like before I started using it, within a few days they are replaced and thickening up again (it would sometimes take 2 weeks before). I also use the product to keep my brows in check during the day. It is great value for money and 1 pot has lasted me 4 months despite using double the recommended amount at night. Also, I have seen no reaction to the product despite having sensitive skin.

Dopo un trattamento ho notato un diradamento delle sopracciglia, usato con costanza vedo che tendono a ricrescere un pochino, non le rinfoltisce, le ho estratte per anni con la pinzetta estraendo anche il bulbo ma qualcosa fa, lo uso anche sulle ciglia che rimangono incurvate, il flaconcino è piccolo ma colmo fino all' orlo di prodotto, mi dura tantissimo.. Lo consiglio!

I have been using it for the last two weeks and I’m very impressed on how fast the results are. My eyelashes looks stronger and longer so I’m happy I’ve bought 2 and now my sun and daughter wants to use it too as they saw how it works on me. Súper recomendable! 🙌🏼

Ich hatte schon seit einiger Zeit überlegt, mir ein Produkt mit so einer Funktion anzuschaffen, jedoch wurde ich immer wieder von den viel zu hohen Preisen und den gemischten Gefühlen bei den Rezensionen abgeneigt. Als ich dieses Produkt von Mavala gesehen habe mit dem überwiegend positiven Feedback dachte ich mir, für das Geld kann ich nicht so viel falsch machen und habe es bestellt. Ich habe es hauptsächlich auf meinen Augenbrauen benutzt und zwar um meinem Fehler der Überzupfung in den Teen-Jahren entgegenzuwirken. Und es hat tatsächlich funktioniert, es sind neue Härchen gewachsen und das ziemlich schnell! Zwar erkennt man immer noch einen deutlichen Unterschied zwischen meine "normale" Augenbrauenpartei und die betroffenen Bereiche, da die Haare (noch) nicht so viele und so dicht gewachsen sind, trotzdem gibt es einen Riesenunterschied zu vorhin (da wuchsen nämlich so gut wie keine Haare mehr da). Aus Neugier habe ich das auch ein paar Mal auf meine Wimpern aufgetragen (vielleicht so einmal die Woche, auf keinen Fall regelmäßig) und habe auch da den Effekt bemerkt. Von mir also eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

Au bout d un mois je vois vraiment la différence. Il faut persévérer et être assidue. Mes cils sont plus longs plus forts plus fournis. Facile à appliquer. Ne colle pas. Septique et convaincue
