Yes, that’s approx the size of my board, will be slightly long, but I have just tucked it up and secured it with a pin at the bottom.

My ironing board is 33cm across and it only just fits so I would say no to your question.

Couldn't be certain as there isn't a sewn label. Could be cotton or polyester mix. Don't get any static from it,it is backed,but I use ironing board felt under it,advisable for steam ironing.
