Fantastiic
Great idea. Such a relief to be able to buy just the replacement door. Fits perfectly, easy to install, just five screw holes to line up. Only took needed was a screwdriver. Can not praise this item enough.

Great replacement door - too tasty!
Our dog does like to chew on these doors. I am not sure what flavour they are, however it would be good if they could make them taste less nice to stop me having to replace them as they are literally eaten away. Possibly tastes like chicken??? Easy to fit as a replacement just by unscrewing a few bolts and then sandwiching the new door back into the door holder.

Easy replaceable parts
We had several cheaper cat flaps before this one. So I was pleased to see that you can replace the flap which had torn. It arrived promptly, was fairly inexpensive and I now have a fully functioning dog / cat flap again.

Easy fit good quality part.
This is the 3rd time I have renewed the flap in over 10 yrs. so well supported product. Over the years, though, the mounting screws have become more and more difficult to undo cos of rust. It would be very useful if the screws where included with the flap. Otherwise a really good product.

Not as good as the original
Not sure if it’s something we’ve done when fitting it, but it doesn’t seem to fit as well as the one received with the original unit. It doesn’t fall naturally fully closed and there’s always a bit of a gap which you need to straighten up yourself to connect it fully. It’s not much but you notice it on a cold day.
