will the cables provided fit a tascam US-122?

I see the Tascam us122 has xlr inputs, the mic has an xlr lead. So it will fit but as I don't own a us122 I don't know how it will function. I plug mine direct to the mic xlr on my xone 43c dj mixer

can this be connected to a speaker with 3.5 jack? do I need a different cable?

You will need to plug it into an amplifier first on most speakers. If the speaker has an inbuilt amp. no problem.
