It works well.
Great poncho. It fits well, even over my backpack and chestpack. It packs down nice. I love that it has a zipper to help regular my body temperature. Of course, it also keeps me dry.

A "Best Buy," Great Value Item!
Very handy for when I take my dog out and need both hands free --without an umbrella, that is. This is a very useful, waterproof, easy-to-use rain cover. The rainwater pills into drops and rolls off swiftly. Just give it a shake, hang it up and it dries quickly--like waterproof material is supposed to do. It's made of lightweight, silky-looking polyester material, covers my entire arms, not just up to my elbows like so many other ponchos. Drawstrings on both sides of the hood allow me to "fit" it tighter around my head so the top doesn't fall over my eyes or face (this could be better designed, but for the money, it's not fair to complain. I suspect it might not be an issue for taller, bigger people). I'm short, so it covers down to my calves. It's longer in the back to make up for the rise that occurs if you're wearing a big backpack or something similar -- this allows the back of your legs to still get some protection from the rain (as long as the backpack isn't way over-sized, which of course would pull the back of the poncho higher and probably expose the back of your legs to the rain). The zipper in the front rises high under my chin, protecting my neck from wind and rain. The sides and arms are closed by a series of snaps that don't pull apart easily, unless you specifically want to unsnap them. I'm not that good at folding, so I can't store it so well in the little zippered bag of the same fabric in which it arrived (about 4.5" x 8.5"). I really like this poncho; it was a great buy and I recommend it.

Good for a light rain, not for a steady pouring rain
A good poncho. I liked that it zipped up and had a small pocket. My family and I wore these in the pouring rain in Scotland. The arms were a little short for my husband who is 6'2". It fit me fine, I'm 5'6" and a bit chubby. The poncho isn't 100% water proof though. It worked well for about 45 min but after about an hour in a steady pouring rain I was getting wet. I would still confidently take this on another trip to wear in a light rain. It also folds up nicely in it's own little pouch and doesn't take up much room in a suit case.

Good quality for money
This poncho is so pretty The pink is stunning. It has a zipper in the front two pockets on the side that are quite deep you can put your cell phone in there it keeps everything really dry including yourself. This is a must have product.

Love the portability, size & light color
Love this! Compact and lightweight to pack & carry. Love the light color when caught in an evening tropical downpour. Goes over anything... even my bike basket & handlebars. No smell. Durable.

Definitely Waterproof ; Questionable Quality
Pros: definitely waterproof. Cons: very wide and when windy, exposes lower body coverage. I had to hang on to both sides of poncho while walking. Zipper on right hand pocket was broken when I tried to zip it shut on first use. Makes me wonder how long the main zipper will last, the other pocket zipper, and storage pouch zipper. 3/4 length sleeves exposes arms
