This is brilliant. Really find it helps. The smell is lovely and the act of rubbing in on in itself is a distraction and soothing. No one asks what it is either as it looks like a lip balm or hand cream. Which is perfect if you don’t want to admit you’re not feeling 100%

It was a little bit smaller than I was imagining in my head, about the size of a lip balm, I'd say. (Perhaps it was just me who was imagining something bigger.) However, it gets a five star review anyway because a little really does go a long way so I think it will last me a while. I've had it for almost a week now, and it works a treat. I rub it into my temples when I'm feeling anxious, and I feel more at ease right away. I would definitely buy it again.

Smells nice but doesn't last/longer which I'd have preferred. Absolutely tiny pot. Not sure about effectiveness but I think it helps. Would be a nice stocking filler. Not cheap but alot cheaper than similar products. Think it will last quite a while as it's a solid which you rub on like lip balm.

Well packaged, tiny tin which smells lovely but regretfully doesn't really do much. Although a balm, not unduly greasy once applied. Smells disappears really quickly. Better doing breathing exercises if you are stressed. Nice smell to go to sleep with, but not as effective as you would hope.

I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks a lot and I was getting fed up with having panic attacks all the while, So I thought I’d give this calm balm a try and it works! I use it when I feel really panicky and anxious and within a couple of minutes I’m calm enough to enjoy being outside of my home and enjoying being with friends.

The scent is amazing!! I ordered this for my dad for his birthday and he loves It! It does help to calm you down! I would like to know why flavour is a category though. Unless you can actually eat it....

Incredibly disappointed, tiny product couldn’t believe a tiny tin arrived expected something larger. Very greasy product and pungent smell. As an aromatherapy enthusiast I was excited to try this and thoroughly disappointed. Tin also half full so won’t last a week. Unfortunately the smell is non existent and if you manage to smell it’s a horrible smell certainly not calming.

my daughter loves this as she suffers social anxiety and panics, she said it smells nice and also makes her feel relaxed. you can rub some on skin on forehead or on or near nose so you can smell it to help stay calm. it does not cause any irritation of the skin so i rate this as a great product. and helps with my daughters anxiety on a day to day basis
