seems a good quality product and works for a lot of people but not me it make s me drowsy and dosent seem to help with symtoms it almost caused me to drown in a bath so i would take with caughtion

Disappointed with the shelf life of these. Next month!!!
I just received this two pack. I have been using one that I have had for months and is still in date, as I have COVID. I ordered these to restock for potential winter colds/flu etc and they both are out of date next month. Very dissatisfied. Not sure whether I have a good excuse to return them though. Not good value for money if I can’t keep them as a stock item.

Oops be careful with this product
advertised as extra Defence, extra vitamin c vitamins and minerals, BUT it has BLACK ELDERBERRY which can cause reactions like confusion, dizziness stomach bloating and upset amongst others. After 2 doses I became dizzy and had hand tingling and ended up with paramedics checking me over.I was ok after sev glasses of water but there was no product leaflet in the package so it got thrown in the bin!

Tummy issues
I hate writing one star reviews but I am going to this time. Sadly, I found this product ineffective, poor value for the amount and it gave me diarrhoea. My cold is worse and I'm more skint. Sorry about that.

Black elderberry syrup
What a useless plastic bottle. They should spend some money on this cheap plastic bottle which is leaking. Syrup is good but not the bottle.

Very poor
The box the bottle came in was ripped and torn and had stickers on it. The bottle itself was upside down with the box. I’m not sure this is even a Sambucol genuine product.

Very High Sugar Content
8mg per 10 ml is way too much sugar for me. Took a while so work out that I was getting sugar shakes after taking this.
