This is a very good stapler for general use. **Q: What is the correct size for refill staples? current answers say 24/8 and 26/6. it can't be both!!! don't answer if you don't know. ta.** A: The 24 or 26 is the standard wire gauge number (24 is a thicker wire than 26), so yes it can be both. 24/6 and 26/6 staples are both a little under 13mm wide. The second number is the length of the legs, so determines how thick paper they can go through. 24/6 is a common size. **Q: can you send a link to the correct staples for this stapler from amazon?** A: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Rexel-503654-Staples-Sheet-Capacity/dp/B00211QP50/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=1SP91LI06U2G5&keywords=24%2F6+staples&qid=1557259992&s=gateway&sprefix=24%2F6&sr=8-3 **Q: I have bought this from you, but nowhere does it say what size staples it takes. i can’t keep buying new staplers!! please tell me staple size! 😟** A: In the extended description the staples are referred to as 'binding type' and it states that it takes either 24/6 or 26/6. ## Frequently Bought Together - Amazon Basics Stapler with 1000 Staples, Matte Black - SOL 5000pk Staples for Multipurpose Use, Staples 26/6 Standard Size, Durable Steel, Anti-Jam Design, Compatible with Standard Staplers, Ideal for Office, Home & School Use, Perfect for Binding Paper - Amazon Basics Multi-Purpose Copy Printer Paper, A4 80 GSM, 2500 Count (Pack of 5), White --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.th/products/47941413-amazon-basics-office-stapler-10-sheet-capacity-anti-slip-rubber](https://www.desertcart.co.th/products/47941413-amazon-basics-office-stapler-10-sheet-capacity-anti-slip-rubber) --- *Product available on Desertcart Thailand* *Store origin: TH* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
