Great product, keeps house warmer and easy to apply
Fantastic, it's the second year we've applied this. We live in an old house with big single glazed windows. Over winter this product keeps the condensation from forming (and rotting the wood) keeps the room noticeably warmer and cuts the drafts out. Its a fantastic, cheap, annual must have for old single glazed windows over cold weather seasons (all year round nearly then). Word of warning when applying don't cut film back to line of tape immediately. Wait over night for the film to get very cold and just settle into shape. We cut it too soon and it pulled off the tape. Once it's done this its impossible to get back on neatly. It's much easier as a 2 person job and can be done very quickly once you have done your first window. Once on you can't open your windows, for that reason you can't tape up your whole house(!) but it's perfect for the larger windows on a seasonal basis.

Works well
This is a cheap way of keeping draughts at bay. For me I felt I needed 2 pairs of hands as it's a fidley job, also it rips easy. Once installed it's very efficient in achieving the results I needed it's stuck really well It's very sticky hence the need for another pair of hands, you can't pull it off to retry if you make a mistake as it will rip its very thin but it's ok to see through once it's tight.

Absolutely brilliant!
I'll admit, I didn't have high hopes for this (or rather I doubted my ability to put it up effectively!) I'm stuck in lockdown in the middle of winter with a very rotten wooden framed single glazed bedroom window and no prospect of getting it replaced till I can work again. Theres gaps all round the bottom of where the window opens and during windy nights the curtains sway back and forth in the wind! I remembered my Mum and Dad using a product like this back in the 80s and thought I'd give it a go. I did stick some bubble wrap over the gaps with double sided tape to stop the worst of the draught and then set about applying this stuff. Followed the instructions and got the film stuck round the edge but I had some fairly big wrinkles (at this point I didnt care what it looked like as long as it stopped the wind!) Stuck the hairdryer on it and it worked like magic! Everything shrank into place and it pings like a drum if you flick it! Looks great, no wrinkles at all! However the difference it has made in the temperature is incredible for what is basically a thin sheet of plastic. I have gas warm air heating and although its lovely and warm when its on, once the boiler switches off it used to drop in temperature super quickly. Now the house stays warm for ages and the boiler is hardly working, I must be saving a fortune in gas! Well worth the tiny £7.62 outlay, I put it up a week ago as I half thought it would probably fall down in a day or two so I'd hang off on the review for a few days but its still up and still tight as a drum and we've had snow, frost and a few windy nights and I'm still toasty in the morning. Well worth the money, I can't recommend this enough, in fact I've sent the link to my best friend as his downstairs bathroom is freezing! Many thanks

Does the job but it is really hard to put.
Really hard to use, needs at least 2 persons to do it properly. And the double sided tape - it is insanely hard to remove the cover. After dealing somehow with those, it helps to decrease the condensation from the window.

Good....ish to RUBBISH
Having used a product similar to this back in the early 1990's when we had single glazing and found it was awesome. I decide that our 10 year old Anglian Double Glazing was useless, so thought I would create triple glazing the cheap way this autumn at the first sign of the dreaded condensation half way up the window every morning. I followed the instructions to a tee and attempted the first window. An hour later I decided that in my youth I obviously being young and rash was the way to go with this film. If you try to be a perfectionist it is nigh on impossible to fit, just go for it and it's pretty easy. The tape and the film were adequate in their respective applications and the wife's hair dryer worked a treat until I put it on the highest setting, on the last one, as I wanted my lunch and burnt a hole in it. Good job I have Prime and got another pack the next day. Now the reason for only two stars...my windows look disgusting filthy when looking outside due to the film, I can only presume not being clean. I cut the film for the windows on a very clean surface (pasteboard) and fitted straight away so there was no contamination on my behalf. Also yes I did clean my windows inside and out first. I didn't notice when fitting as it was a miserable day, if I had I would have returned and not ordered more. The film does do what it is suppose to do, my rooms in the morning are definitely warmer especially the from bedroom that we were convinced was haunted because of the chill. It is now exactly ONE month since installation and out of the 5 windows for of them have now been removed as every other day I have had to re-do the hair dryer treatment as it has wrinkled back up. Thus now shrunk that much I am left with the film coming away from the tape, not a happy bunny!

Funciona bien.
