What an amazing mouse mat for the price. To start with the size of 320x250mm is perfect for my needs and provides a nice large surface to work with. The materials feel of very good quality, the surface is smooth, the mat edges are nicely whipped and the rubber backing stops any slippage when using a mouse on the mat. The TeckNet branding in light grey is simple, not in your face and printed at the bottom right of the mat. My mouse glides across the surface of the mat and I'm finding the mouse operates much better than using it directly on the desk. I have tested the waterproof claim and I'm pleased to say that water just beads off the mat. Even putting the mat directly under a running tap, the surface of the mat stayed bone dry, just the whipped edges became wet. The mat was supplied in frustration-free packing, basically a brown envelope. But was over packaged by Amazon in a cardboard box which was much too large. Maybe because the brown envelope was labelled with 'Do not bend', I'm not sure why because I have folded and rolled the mat and it always returns to its original shape. To round up this review, for the money this is an amazing mouse mat that will not disappoint any user.

I was looking for a new mouse pad since the product I have used for approximately a year, a Perixx mat, was heavily degraded and no longer suitable for my needs. I am happy to report that the TeckNet equivalent is far better in many ways! The mouse pad itself is actually really nice to look at. The rubber weave on which the mouse rests is an attractive deep black colour, and the colour is entirely even - something that has been a problem with previous products I've tried. The stitching on the side is mostly even and is a wonderful innovation, as it means the edges don't get worn like on a standard mat. I also like the solid white logo displaying 'TeckNet' as well - it's not fussy and it doesn't need to be, providing a nice colour contrast. In terms of using the mouse pad itself, my Perixx mouse glides wonderfully over the material and enables accurate gaming and work use. I love how the stitching also provides a tangible physical barrier where the edges of the mat are, meaning it's easy to detect without looking. The size is also brilliant, though possibly a bit large if you are on a smaller desk - it will happily fit adjacent to a laptop with no problems, though. Thankfully, it also remains completely still even during heavy use, at least on my wooden desk. One minor gripe is that after opening the mat itself, there was a rather strong smell (no doubt related to how the rubber has been treated) which is quite heady! This is easily fixed, however, by leaving the product by an open window for around 30 minutes. It smells totally fine now, and I can't wait to use it more. Edit as of 20/06/20: I still use this mouse mat daily—and after 2 years of heavy use—there are virtually no signs of any wear. The mat still functions perfectly and looks good. I now use a Logitech MX Master mouse, and the surface has no problem keeping up with the responsiveness of this high-end product.

The first thing I noticed about this mouse pad is the quality of the design. The surface of the mouse pad is absolutely perfect for any mouse and the edges are sown for a premium look and feel. The main thing which made this the best mouse pad I've ever used is the grip on the bottom. With other mouse pads the grip usually declines due to dust and crumbs and ends up sliding around my desk but I've been using this mouse pad for months and it is perfect in the fact that there is no movement. This is helped by the fact that it is quite heavy so that is a positive as well. The size of this mouse pad is perfect. It's not too big as to take up too much space on my desk but it is big enough to have a comfortable space to move my mouse which is very useful in games especially but is also useful with a multi monitor setup. In conclusion I have recommended this to all my friends as a perfect mouse pad especially for the price you're getting it and I will recommend this mouse pad to anyone on the internet who reads this review. This is a great investment for your PC setup.

Really good mousepad, feels like a really expensive one. I thought this mousepad wouldn't be as good but when i got it i was surprised. The border is supported and was made to last a long time. The mouse feels smooth on the mousepad. The rubber holds the mousepad in place. Pro: -Large -Supported Borders -Smooth -Cheap -Rubber bottom to hold the mousepad in place Con: -Has a rubber smell (goes away pretty quickly) -Bottom right corner with the TeckNet logo makes moving the mouse a little rough but it's not a big problem. Overall this was a nice buy. Feels like a 30 dollar mousepad. I recommend this mousepad for a budget mousepad. Update (11/16/15): So I've had this mousepad for a year and a month and it looks great. Only thing is that the color of the mousepad is a bit grayer dirtier from use. The edges, of course, are still holding up very well! At this rate, the mousepad looks like it'll last at least 3 years. Update (8/13/16): The mousepad is still working pretty well. It has some dirt spots; however, I have not cleaned it since I've received it. It is very durable and the edges are still intact. Still satisfied! Update (7/21/17): I've had this mousepad for about three years now; I ordered it on October 9th, 2014. The mousepad still seems to be in good shape on the top with the except of a few dirt marks. The bottom left seam between the stitched edges and the rubber base have ripped on the underneath; however, it isn't to the point where I would be needing a new mousepad. Seeing as I've had this mousepad for several years now and the durability of the it is pretty impressive. Final Update (8/17/18): Well, this mousepad has been holding up pretty well over the years. The condition of it is identical to the condition stated in my previous update. If you are concerned over the durability, know that the mousepad will look like how you treat it: the more you mess with it, but the faster it will fall apart. I plan to upgrade to the Vipamz Extended Xxxl Gaming Mouse Pad (that's a lot of X's) which looks promising from the pictures and the reviews; however, this mousepad will always be with me in my heart and physically stowed away in a safe place anything horribly terrible occurs.
