Hilka 82998011 Rubber Jack Pad

Really good product excellent quality.

Great for protecting the car, but after time it does split in the centre. Then I am an anorak and have 3 cars I regularly jack up for underside work. So partly my fault. Still recommend though.

I have used this pad on two different jacks to jack up my Audi Q3 (just under 2 tons I believe). I used it against the indicated jacking points. The pad worked as expected. It does get scored by the metal pressing down on it, but I would expect that. It does not show any signs of splitting. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, so I'll update this review after more use (if it needs to be downgraded).

Bought this for trolley jack for fiat 500 jack point underneath save any damages actually for money fits perfectly

very heavy duty rubber which barely bends whilst jacking cars. the pad it quite large for most jacks which can be a little annoying to make sure it is seated well however it makes up for this in durability. i had bought a pad of ebay which cracked with the first use however this thing has been used at least 20 times now and i cant see it failing any time soon. solid product

Does the job, protects the Jack point from any damage. Bought to pair with a hilka Jack but doesn’t fit as well as I’d imagined and seems a bit expensive for what it is.

Rubbish, split from using on first use. Don’t understand how something designed to sit on top of trolley jack and rack up a car can split so easily. Poor quality

This is a good thick solid rubber pad. I have used it several times to protect the sill edges at the jacking points and it does this without splitting etc. However I was surprised it did not fit as a straight swap for the castellated metal pad on my Hilka jack. It is easy to remove the split pin and remove the metal plate, but the locking pin does not fit the hole in this rubber pad?? So you just have to balance the pad, until it is nipped up under the car. Overall I am pleased with this purchase despite this.
