The quality and price of the K2 supplement is excellent, but I would have liked a smaller dose because the same vitamin is included in my Calcium supplement.

It is a nice suplement

I have Osteopenia and my bone scans were beginning to dip. As I refuse to take the drugs designated for the condition, after watching their effects ruin the latter years of my mother's life, I had to wake up and do some research. My reading resulted in me taking much interest in Vitamin K2 MK-7 such that I decided to give it a whirl. I'm glad I did. Each day I take Vit D3 +++ and a high dose of Vit C and to this I have added my new friend. I regard it as the gate keeper, it's job being to direct D & C to my BONES and not to the soft tissues of my arteries. After my last dispiriting bone scan results I just had to keep taking the pills and sit back to see what happened. WELL! Good news! My consultant was surprised and pleased with my improving condition and - as I had supplied him with a list of what I was taking as supplements - asked me WHY I had decided to take Vit K MK-7. I told him what I had read about it and that if other countries were using it with good effect, that was good enough to for me! Turned out he had just been to an international conference on the subject and was extremely interested by what he'd learned. He complimented me on my scan results, saying, like me, he would watch my progress with great interest. It was like being given a prize, knowing I was on the right track of self help. I should add that Troo Health Care have always been helpful along the ways, giving me advice when requested, so a big Thank You, Troo!

Very good product that is good for one's health has vitamin k is a rare vitamin very few organic food contain this vital and crucial vitamin., This product is very good value for money 120 tablets for the price is a very good offer why be greedy and sell expensive and sell a few when you can sell more and make the same amount of money and more. If you are like me then you would weigh up the cost and quality thus the quality and the quantity does make a deference to me why pay more for a product when you can less get the same and more for the same price. the down side is that the container lid is not very secure it is too flimsy a few times it fell out of my hands and the lid go flying and the vitamins all over the floor I wish it would be more tighter a screw fit is always safer. beside a very good product, if you want more for your money you might want to buy this product but first compare by looking at price, manufacturer, company, quality quantity strength, and quality most of all research the product used to make in these capsules and then choose.

So far good but as GMP can be self awarded Troo health do not currently list third-party certifications such as NSF, USP, or Informed Choice, which involve independent testing and verification - so kind if flying on blind faith
