Lay back with a big chunky pillow under your bum, place syringe inside of your baby making place and press the plunger down. Now you get to lay there feeling like a burk waiting with your legs up in the air or at least your butt pointed towards the sky for about 35 to 45 mins. Congrats you have done the job. Be aware fertility windows are between 12hrs to 36 according to the website so you may only need to do this once or twice a month and then wait until after your period to see if you need to try again.
