A: They are 2 inch in total 1 inch from pipe to outside look good

A: YES

**Q: how to open talcon  chrome cover/collar pipe ring**
A: They are made from chrome plated plastic.  The collar is split so is easy to flex round a copper pipe. The collar then clips together making the joint almost hidden.

**Q: I’m looking for a 15mm diameter pipe collar, with about 90mm overall diameter**
A: these are 155mm inside diameter and 55mm outside diameter

The covers are good. Little tight to clip together on speedfit pipe. You have to be careful not to break them as they are very flexible. However does the job and looks good on new vinyl flooring. These can be installed and siliconed from underneath for a more permanent fit. Recommended.
