Felt tired all the time, was a struggle to try and get out of bed on my alarm. Had a blood test came back low iron. I purchased these as I also have bowl issues, didnt want the tablets to mess me up even more. After almost 2 weeks I have noticed a difference. I'm not as tired as I was, my skin looks better, i definitely have more energy when I'm at work. I sleep better and actually feel like I've had a good nights sleep. Also my tummy is alot better, I dont have trapped wind and horrid tunmy pain as bad as I did, its calmed down. I just feel better in myself, happy, not down like I was. Dont expect to see results straight away, you need to let your body adjust, slowly you will see that difference and feel so much better..

Not bad for a top up if you are little bit low on iron. They didnt upset my stomach. Also best to take them on an empty stomach with a little water and a vitamin c rich food like and an orange to increase absorption. Also, tea, coffee and diary, including eggs, can reduce iron absorption so avoid them for a couple of hours before and after a supplement or an iron rich meal. If you suspect youre anaemic, go to the doc and get properly tested rather than try to self-diagnose or self-medicate; it might be severe, in which case 14mg isnt going to be anywhere near enough. It takes up to 3 months to increase iron to normal levels and 6 months+ to replenish your reserves so don't expect to feel 100% after a week.

A friend highly recommended these iron supplements. As a busy woman in my mid-40s, my energy levels are sometimes not what they were and so I was interested in trying the tablets for a few weeks. I took them in the morning with a glass of orange juice, which apparently helps the absorption of the iron. In all honesty, they have made a noticeable impact on my energy, skin and general wellbeing. I am not nearly as tired and find that I sleep soundly, with no need for caffeine or naps. Friends have commented that I look and seem "brighter". I'm sure these supplements will be even more indispensable in the autumn and winter in London when the darkness closes in and Vitamin D levels dip. I'm going to recommend them to all of my friends!

I have been very impressed with Active iron supplement. I tried these because I had previously had a bad experience with a different iron supplement brand. It caused me to feel very sick, and so I tried Active because it stated that they didn't cause nausea. They didn't cause me any problems, so I would highly recommend the Active brand. They arrived swiftly, well packed and neat. My only critique is the price. They could be a bit cheaper, given how we are all having to tighten our belts. But, providing the price doesn't go higher, I will stick with Active. I'd highly recommend the product, overall.

Easy to swallow. Did mot upset my stomach like some Iron tablets do.

Sadly made me itch really badly. As soon as I stopped taking it, itching stopped but it WAS gentle on the stomach

I discovered I was low in Iron after trying to donate blood,so I bought this product and I noticed. After a couple of weeks how much more energy I had,I’m a runner and have found I can keep going for so many more miles due to the oxygen circulating my body due to more haemoglobin… I’ve now been taking for 6 weeks and feel so much better and no constipation which other Iron products can cause…I also sleep much better🏃🏻‍♂️😊
