Highly recommend these calming collars. I first bought one to try when my cat started over grooming due to stress. She has never tolerated a collar in any form in her entire 16 years so I was sceptical as to wether she would wear it or even if it would work but I had tried almost every other available product so this was a last resort. Wow, was my immediate reaction as not only did she not even attempt to get it off, within a few hours of wearing it she slept so soundly and peacefully for hours. As the days and weeks went on her fur started to grow back and just seemed more content (it didn’t completely knock her out, she still remained her normal playful and mischievous self). The only things to note are it is quite hard to get on the first time you try as the material is oily when straight out of the packet and has a strong odour which isn’t unpleasant (it eases off after a couple of days), it’s also not very flexible so can be hard to get through the buckle bit. Over time you get used to these things and I find it easier to make the loop before even attempting to put it on her, then it’s easier to just loop over her head and tighten up to the 2 finger space as required. They do need to be changed approximately every 6 weeks but in my opinion they are worth the money as I know my cat is much happier. I have been using them now for over a year on my cat, who is an indoor and outdoor cat and can highly recommend them. I’ve even recommended them to my dad for his cat who has cancer and got sick everytime she had to go to the vets in the carrier - he has had the same experiences with her calming down and she now gets to the vets easily without getting as stressed as she used to. They are completely safe as they do have the breakaway function should your cat get it caught on something outside (or inside). Highly recommended these collars.

This is an excellent product and it works on my cat, calming him down. I usually put it on him between his ears on the top of his head at night time. He does seem a lot more chill after using it.

I bought these because my dog is a bit manic wants to attack every dog it sight and barks at them whenever he sees them and I don't even think he knows what he's doing. The idea I had was to take the edge off his behaviour by using a tranquillzser. He's hot a thick coat but I couldn't put it directly on his skin. My mark of one star may be wrong because my application of it may not be right but unfortunately it seems to have the reverse effect and makes him even more manic.

I bought these treats as people were saying how good they were at carming cat's down.but be very aware that they can also do the opposite as they did for my cat he became more erratic and agitated altering his usual more placid demeanour.had to take him off them so he would hopefully go back to how he was before.

Wow! This has worked miracles. One of my cats I adopted and for years he's been a very anxious, stressed and restless cat. He meowed constantly, to an extreme degree day and night, paced the house, windows and surfaces. He would scratch and pull and destroy carpet, particularly outside doors, hated doors to be shut. He also bit and chewed vertical blinds, clawed at clothes hanging in wardrobes, towels and rugs. He was never settled at night. He would be reluctant to have any cuddles too. My other cat I had since a kitten and they would often get into chasing games that went beyond play, could never be near each other - they'd rumble and fight in a playful way but often it went too far. We'd constantly have to keep them apart. He's had the collar in for 3 days now. Within one hour I had a calmer cat, happy to have a nice nap. Since then he has hardly meowed, the pacing has stopped, clawing at carpets has stopped plus all other destructive behaviour. We've had 2 full nights of him sleeping peacefully on the bed with our other cat and not waking us up during the night. He is calm, looks happier and is coming to me for lap cuddles and purring! Surprisingly - my other cat behaves different with him, they can be close to each now with no squabbles and I can see on my cats face that he's just less stressed. For years I tried other things including Feliway spray and plug-ins, distraction toys and more. This simply works! It does have a strong smell which is a bit unpleasant however it wears off after a few days. It's the smell of Valerian so smells a bit like some human herbal tablets in a bottle. It's day 3 now and the smell has faded and will even more. It's worth it to get the result. He's tolerated the collar. I cut the extra length off with scissors. It states on the packet that it does have a safety catch release if the collar gets caught on anything. Mine are indoor cats. I can't recommend giving this a try enough if you have an anxious, stressed or angry cat. If you have more than one cat and there is tension or if your cat does naughty things or meows beyond the normal levels. Great for a nervous trip to the vet or cattery also. I'm stunned this has worked so well, I was skeptical but will replace this every 3 months as recommended. Here is a photo of my new happy cat wearing his collar. It's changed life for all of us and I'm loving seeing him calmer.

Used this for my cat who struggles with anxiety around using the litter tray, definitely helped. A few things, the collars are difficult to put on, if you have a cat that isnt patient you might need someone to help you, also maybe dont use on an outside/semi outdoor cat as theres no quick release. The smell is strong, if you're or your cat is triggered by strong smells be careful. Works so well for my cat, definitely worth the money 🙏🐈‍⬛
