Really good value for money
Great fan, really easy to put together and isnt too bulky like a lot of fans can be!! In black, it does naturally pick up dust more noticeably than white fans, but thankfully it's pretty easy to take the front off to wipe down the fan blades!!

Very effective and good value for money.
Relatively easy to put together. Instructions not brilliant but easy video to follow on YouTube. However, really good fan. Different speed settings useful, plus the swivel on/off function. Definitely makes a real difference in this heat and a good size for either living room or bedroom. Quiet enough to have on at night if necessary.

good fan well worth the money
Why did you choose this product over others?: I needed just a cheap fan to sit in the bedroom. It arrived, very well packaged and the build went very soothly - honestly I didn't even look at the instructions it was so easy to put together. So switch on time. My first impression was, wow how can somthing this cheap work so well!!! Everything worked, and it proved very stable on it's stand, I am well pleased with this buy - so much I've sent for another one. So why only the four stars, due to the very little difference in the different speed selection, probably a little unfair as all these fans tend to suffer the same 'issue'. So to sum up good fan well worth the money

Even for this price it is cheap fan, rust concern and had the most issues which needed fixing
Not one I will buy again. We have been buying a few fans as we need a few rooms to cover, and a few work spaces. Figured we will get a few 20-30£ fans and see which will be the one we get in bulk *spoilers* "not this one"... We need 13 in total so bought 6 different cheap fans to test and use, and this is one of the worst so far, just for insight of why this one stand out (yet barely stands up). First right out of the box, it was going strong, the double box was great looked promising and secure, but the styrofoam was lose in the middle box and not secured to the fan, so the fan parts were loose and the fan cage was dented in transport... easy fix and one other had the same issue a tower had the whole side dented in, so was common in cheap fans it seems. Then after everything else was out of the box we noticed we were missing two bolts for legs. 2 legs had bolt two did not, needs four shows four in manual, so 2 were missing and not in box, (these bolts are used to keep the cross beam feet from moving) so easy fix number two. We got our bolt kit out and got replacement easy... but doing this highlighted the big issue, when putting the bolts in found one went in well, the second did not have bit, the nuts to hold them together was also missing, the other nut had a rounded head and was rusty, looking closer at the legs found rust along both legs at the inner bends (common in brake pressing when metal is left too long before sprayed and inside were not protected is left to elements, so common just hidden most times), again easy fix, we sanded down and resealed, but them even after we got it all together and fixed all putting together issues it had, we turned it on. Powerful, we started with the 3 setting, by far the biggest gust we had of the 6 we have here, blew the curtians up and newspaper went flying, made a few smiles and chuckles, great for anyone needing a high powered fan, second setting was just mildly lower and about what the other fans we got were like at 3, but the 1st setting was the exact same as 2nd, did not change at all, the buttons clunk and have a bit of a bit to it when pressed like they are not quite fit properly, and the whole thing feels like it will break in few weeks. But if want a cheap high powered fan with 2 settings this is grea... good(ish).

Right product for the right price for hot days in Scotland.
Product is spot on, more than I expected for this price actually. 3 speed settings are more than enough. Build quality is adequate for what it is meant to do, stand in corner of the room and move air. Don't use it as baseball bat and there is no issues with it. Power usage is just as it should be just few watts I didn't notice increase in my daily electricity usage and I been running is 5-6 hours a day on lowest speed to keep air moving during last few hot summer days in Scotland. It is just right and very good price. Also, customer support from Oylpa seems easy to reach and open for feedback.

Broke on the first day
Well to say the least I am disappointed in my purchase, it was rather easy to assemble and can’t conplain for the price, but the quality of the product just is not there after building the product I realised I had missed out the cover for the screws on the base so I removed the screws added the base and this is where my problems came from the screws would not go back in the holes, it’s like after unscrewing the thread has gone so I had to use my own bigger screws on the base which did not work amazingly then after this I trod on the base of he fan and the material was so weak and cheap it just flattened and now it will not stand up straight so now I have a wobbly fan which leans to one side.
