I have had mine for a few months and so far no signs of rust

Cutting bone misaligns blades. Can hese blades be realigned like Henckles and Wustoff?

I did not see anything indicating that they could realign themselves. I did use them to cut bone, and they did not become misaligned.

Are they able to cut rib?

This is my third pair of heavy-duty shears. I bought them specifically to spatchcock turkeys and cut through the rib cage. These are the best so far. But shears are really a simple physics problem. The more force you apply to the handles, the more you can cut through. These cut through turkey ribs (and of course chicken) just fine. My last turkey was 30# and I zipped right through them. If you are asking about pork or beef ribs there is no way. You will need a meat saw. These are well made but are large. I have big hands so these were perfect for me.

Where are these scissors made?
