How do I do this?** A: You need to release the silver bolt above the third punch hole by moving it to the left, while holding down the lever. This will release the lever into the up position. The hole punch will then work as normal. To close press down the lever and then slide the silver bolt to the right. My only gripe is that the markings on the paper guide relate to using just the one section of the punch i.e. if set to A4, two holes (only) are punched in the centre of the edge of the sheet of paper.
