Lovely
The perfect utensil. Good fit in the hand, with well sprung handles giving the right amount of pressure to the blades. The end of the blades are curved, which is surprisingly useful in tight pruning spots . They're light, sharp and inexpensive, as well as being pleasing to use. Good for small, precision pruning. You won't be disappointed.

Great (very) little snippers!
Just what you need for removing dead leaves on house plants, deadheading window boxes and hanging baskets, and other such fiddly jobs. They are very small (may be too small for larger hands) and the clip feels a little fragile, but they are neat, very sharp, easy to store, and the curved blade is surprisingly helpful!

Handy curved blade tool for precise harvesting of herbs
I like to keep my herb plants alive for as long as possible and these precise cutters help me harvest the larger stems of parsley, coriander and basil while leaving the young shoots to grow bigger. The fine, sharp, curved blades make it easier to avoid cutting the stems I don't want to harvest. Only one small draw back is the plastic closer slides down repeatedly and stops the blades from cutting properly. If Draper fixed this small problem this tool would be perfect.

Brilliant product
Not too loose or too stiff very sharp brilliant little tool especially for smaller plants or plants where you need precision or to be carful when cutting. Really easy to use to use, decent grip they definitely feel durable.

Good for small stuff
Draper 73729 165 mm Soft-Grip Precision Curved Pruning Secateurs Bought these for tight in work with my plants in the greenhouse. Curved edges really make a difference when trying to get into some tight spaces without harming the plant. Comfy to use, good, but not overly powerful return spring and very sharp out of the box. Fitted with a lock to keep closed when not in use, and a good, but not too small size. Well made, no slop in the action and feel robust and not "cheap and nasty" Would I recommend to friends and family... yes Would I buy again ... yes Thanks for reading, and I hope some information was useful. It is was, I'd appreciate a click on "yes" against "Was this review helpful to you" below.

Not as good as Draper's previous version.
Bought as the pair I'd had (same make) for many years were really good. These weren't as good quality, the catch stopped working properly, so I returned them. Draper refunded me, but I've missed the fine snipping ability that I had with the first pair.

Ideal for Bonsai
I've been using these for many months now and for the intended purpose of delicate pruning, they are perfect. They're stainless steel and have stayed bright and shiny. They've also remained very sharp. They're actually sharp enough to cut toe nails (Don't ask!).. One reviewer on here voted poorly and says "they don't open when they get gunk on them", well that's because that person abuses their tools and doesn't clean them, which is not the fault of Draper or these snips. For fine leaf works, and even some hardier branches, these are excellent for bonsai!

do exactly what they are intended for, quality item
The lovely little scissors are a true hand and fingers saver. Sharp and precise with a curved blade, a gently squeeze with the palm of your hand is all that is required, they spring back nicely as well and you can change the position of them in your hand so you avoid fatigue. Great product, don't be tempted by the cheaper alternatives, they won't last and get stuck easy. Buy Draper.

ce sécateur me permet de faire des tailles précises et cueillir les tomates sans abimer les tomates voisines. Lames inox donc par de rouille et entretien facile (passer à l'eau sécher et basta) Impeccable. A conseiller
