Very happy with my purchase and would recommend Review: Excellent knives - Great set of knives. Very sharp ## Features - ✅ CORROSION-FREE, EASY-CLEAN BLADE: The lustrous ceramic coated blade halts corrosion via the stable oxide that is formed on its surface, whilst giving the knife it’s characteristic dark mat shine; a sleek and stylish addition to any dinner table. - ✅ PRECISION SLICING AND CARVING: Featuring a medium length blade (12cm) for enhanced accuracy and precision, these knives are optimally built for jobs of slicing, sawing and dicing meat, where control is essential to produce fine and precise cuts. They are also perfect for chopping, cutting, dicing and mincing medium sized fruits and vegetables, particularly those with a tough skin that requires friction to grip and pierce in order to slice, such as tomatoes or grapes. - ✅ ADDED PROTECTION FROM CUTS: Not just an afterthought that augments the attractiveness of this exquisite set of meat knives, the mark of a quality knife is the Copper coloured bolster. The real purpose of this substantial bolster is to provide balance to the knife by adding weight to the blade, which can only truly be appreciated by holding it in your hand. A practical yet chic finger guard has also been incorporated for added protection to prevent hands from slipping onto the scalloped edge. - ✅ FATIGUE-FREE HYGIENIC NON-SLIP HANDLE: This modern toothed knife is designed with an ergonomic, super-comfortable, non-slip, rubberised handle, which makes for pleasurable and fatigue-free usage while enjoying your steak. - ✅ 2 YEAR “NO QUIBBLE” GUARANTEE This Taylor’s Eye Witness product is covered by a manufacturer’s “no quibble” 2 year guarantee. Any item found defective will be repaired or replaced without charge. The consumer’s statutory rights are fully protected. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01LXUKTKO | | Best Sellers Rank | 251,641 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) 234 in Kitchen Knife Sets | | Blade Colour | Black | | Blade Edge | Tapered | | Blade Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Blade edge | Tapered | | Blade length | 12 Centimetres | | Blade material | Stainless Steel | | BladeLength | 12 Centimetres | | Brand | Taylors Eye Witness | | Brand Name | Taylors Eye Witness | | Colour | Copper Bolster & Black Blade Set | | Construction Type | Pattern, Composite | | Country Of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 726 Reviews | | EU Spare Part Availability Duration | 2 Years | | Handle Material | Wood | | Handle material | Wood | | Included Components | 4 KNIVES | | Is the item dishwasher safe? | Yes | | Item Length | 12 Centimetres | | Item Type Name | STEAK KNIVES | | Item Weight | 400 Grams | | Manufacturer | Taylors Eye Witness | | Manufacturer Part Number | LMS23CBSK2 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | 2 year guarantee. | | Material Type | stainless_steel | | Model Number | TEW-LMS23CBSK2 | | Number of Items | 4 | | Set Name | Steak Knives Set of 4 | | Size | 4pc Steak Knife Set | | Unit Count | 4.0 count | ## Product Details - **Blade edge:** Tapered - **Blade material:** Stainless Steel - **Brand:** Taylors Eye Witness - **Colour:** Copper Bolster & Black Blade Set - **Handle material:** Wood ## Images ![Brooklyn 4pc Steak Knife Set - Copper Bolster - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71hYmKrk1GL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely recommend *by A***R on 21 July 2025* Good price, look good and cut through meat like it’s paper. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent knives *by R***5 on 16 January 2026* Great set of knives. Very sharp ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Superb quality *by D***D on 25 April 2020* Brilliantly designed: ultralight, beautifully balanced, and they cut steaks very well (but without appearing to be dangerously sharp). They also look beautiful. Over the years I've seen steaks knives in many dinner parties and international restaurants. Without doubt, these are the best I've ever seen - and they are actually very well priced for the quality. You will probably never need to replace them. ## Frequently Bought Together - Taylors Eye Witness Brooklyn 4 Piece Steak Knife Set in Black and Copper - Black and Copper Kitchen Utensils with Holder - 17-Piece Set with Measuring Cups and Spoons, Rose Gold Cooking Tools - Stylish Black and Copper Kitchen Accessories for Modern Cooking and Baking - Copper Kitchen Utensils Set,13 Pieces Stainless Steel Cooking Utensils Set With Titanium Rose Gold Plating,Kitchen Tools Set With Utensil Holder For Non-Stick Cookware Dishwasher Safe (13 Packs) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.th/products/48030759-brooklyn-4pc-steak-knife-set-copper-bolster](https://www.desertcart.co.th/products/48030759-brooklyn-4pc-steak-knife-set-copper-bolster) --- *Product available on Desertcart Thailand* *Store origin: TH* *Last updated: 2026-11-03*
